Welcomed very well by the owners. Immediately immersed in the complete relaxation that the panorama and the property offered; The description of the winery was well done, you could perceive the great passion of the owners and the love for their work; Exceptional wines, a tasting of 6 types of wine from white to red to passito. Super satisfied. At the end, it is also possible to purchase the wines that you liked the most. We will definitely come back, I recommend it.

The search for a perhaps lesser-known winery but with surprising products led me to choose Il Dosso for the tasting. And rightly so! Welcomed by the owner Luca, his wife, his daughter and her fiancé (who was substituting for Luca's other son for a few days), we were accompanied by Luca's future son-in-law on the tour of the cellar, where with clarity and expertise we were explained both the history of Franciacorta as a type of vine and wine and all the various winemaking processes, from the harvest to the bottling, naturally passing through the various phases in tanks and barriques. The cellar tour was followed by the tasting (in my case I chose 3 different types of wine; a zero dosage Classic Method, a Classic Method produced from Pinot Noir grapes and a Brut spumante produced with Nebbiolo and Barbera grapes but vinified as a white wine). All accompanied by platters with locally produced products (cured meats and cheeses). Also worth trying is the exquisite hummus made by Luca's daughter. To finish, I duly stocked up on bottles of the precious nectar from the house of Archetti. A winery that I recommend for a visit, and a round of applause for the enthusiasm that Luca shows in his work. Which he carries out himself because, he is keen to point out, he was born a "farmer" into a family of farmers, and for him, continuing his father's business is a source of pride! Congratulations to the whole Archetti family!

Beautiful location, everything is curated down to the smallest detail. The staff, kind and knowledgeable, immediately made us feel at home by giving us a tour and putting us at ease, looking for the best spot for us to enjoy our picnic. Absolutely highly recommended, we will definitely be back.
