A curated, non-commercial experience
I participated in the tasting with a group of young friends who are not particularly expert in wine, but are enthusiasts, and we had a wonderful time!
Matteo told us the history and the characteristics of the company and the winery with a lot of passion, and Luca guided us through the wine tasting with great attention, following us as if he were in our shoes and wanted to satisfy numerous curiosities.
We found the wines they offered us to be very particular and good; unique!
The experience is truly curated, in line with the work philosophy that the owners present. There is no attempt to keep up with the most commercial demands, but the will to present a project, a thought, a truly personal idea.
A highly recommended place for those who want to live an ad hoc experience: attentive staff, the possibility to choose the wines, refined flavors.

Truffle Hunt & Dinner Experience
This is by far the BEST wine tasting experience my partner and I have ever done. Tiberini is a family-run winery with 7 generations in, so special care and attention is placed on their wine and hospitality. To start, we were greeted with a glass of wine while we waited for Mauro, the truffle hunter and his adorable dogs, Sangio and Julie. Once ready, we headed to the forest across the road from the winery, where with the help of Julie we found bianchetti and black truffles, Following the truffle hunt, Luca, the owner gave us a tour of the winery and shared the fascinating history of the town and wine. After the tour we returned to the dining/tasting room for an exquisite truffle-themed meal. The whole experience was wonderful and a big thank you to Luca, Nunzia and the rest of the Tiberini team!

Wonderful experience at Cantina Vivallis!
A winery that seems young, but which is in reality the product of a long and interesting tradition.
The sommelier, Anna, welcomed us and expertly guided us, first through her storytelling, then along a path inside the facility, in what turned out to be a more than pleasant visit.
The tasting featured sparkling, white, and red wines, accompanied by simple but high-quality snacks.
What can I say: a wonderful experience, absolutely to be recommended!

Very nice traditional experience
We couldn’t make it to the degustation, so we contacted the host and they said we can have sone wine bottles as a compensation. We went to pick them up, and as we approached, we heard some music: a band of local people were singing traditional popular songs! We went inside, the lady invited us to try some local cheese and breadsticks, then still gave us a glass of wine to try, after which she brought 4 bottles of wine for us!! We bought some crema di nocciole (amazing), and left with a good taste about this experience (literally and figuratively). Thank you for the experience!!
