An authentic winery
What struck me the most is the passion behind this work, which is a life's calling as well as a full-time activity. Great care in production, expertise, the ability to embrace modern technologies even in a family business. Besides having tasted some excellent wines and local products (I left my heart with the pasturella from Valsassina!) I learned many interesting things about the production process and also about tasting. The idea of the notebook to keep track of the wines tasted was also beautiful, I'll never be without one again! Thanks for the wonderful experience!
