As a good Tuscan I appreciate wine very much and, finding myself on vacation on Lake Iseo, I wanted to have an experience in a winery in the area. I thus discovered the Ronco Calino winery and was struck by the warmth and elegance of the place. Attentive, polite and knowledgeable staff who told us the history of the place, of nature and of their choice regarding production. I tasted 2 wines and was struck by their softness and aroma. Excellent! Hard work and raw materials have created a perfect wine... thank you for the hospitality

It was a good, interesting tour. Varied with the film scenes on the ceiling! The woman who led the tour was hard to understand, her voice was not loud enough and her English was not the best either.
I don't understand that there is no German-language tour, more than half of the participants were native German speakers. The tasting was good, the wines and the explanations.

Experience in the Tortona hills
A wonderful experience among the Tortona hills, where we were able to taste excellent local wines like Derthona Timorasso and savor typical products such as the Salame Nobile del Giarolo, a Slow Food presidium, and the local Montebore cheese, in addition to other cured meats of their own production.
Very kind is Alice the owner, whom we thank for the welcoming hospitality,
it is worth visiting this corner of Piedmont and Cascina Giambolino in particular for the quality of the products, we will return.

Great tasting experience and a wonderful family and team
While the weather kept us inside, we had a great time at our tasting. We enjoyed some excellent wines, small bites of local meats, cheeses, and honey. The team hosting us was great, knowledgeable, and answered our questions and provided great conversations. We got to see some of the terrain, and appreciate how challenging the surrounding valleys are for cultivation.
