An excellent tour and wonderful family
We met Chiara for a tour recently and we had a great time on a tour around the winery. From the pressing, underground cold storage, and the barrel room, it was so amazing to see and smell. Harvest had just finished up, so the amazing smells were fresh in the air. The wines are amazing and we left with two bottles. Next time, we are bringing more home for sure.

Visit to the Álvaro Domecq wineries in Jerez, detailed explanation of the different types of wines, brandy, and vinegar they produce, ending with a tasting of 3 of their wines, fino, oloroso, and cream, accompanied by a small appetizer of potato chips and nuts. In the end, almost 2 hours of a visit that I recommend.

After a short walk in the vineyards, we tasted 5 different wines with tailored explanations given by the estate's hosts.
The wines were served with a nice platter of cold cuts and cheeses.
All the wines were very good, but it is a shame they are so expensive...

Anita was our tour guide. She was professional, knowledgeable, personal.
Her ability to explain the process of creating and making wine from harvesting the grapes through fermentation and then bottling was amazing. She was patient, answered every question and then provided detailed information on what foods went best with 5 different varieties of wine. Both the wine food were excellent and the vineyard was beautiful.
