Our guide led us on a tour that ranged from the outside, to the old cellar, to the winery and the more modern spaces. Her friendliness engaged us right from the start. The visit flew by and was very pleasant. Last but not least, a truly excellent tasting. Excellent wines accompanied by local cured meats and cheeses, an interesting discovery for those not from the area like us. To conclude, a tasting of grappa and a typical dessert. Excellent tasting
A very particular and different tasting than usual. Giuseppe, very knowledgeable and kind, had us taste the wine directly from the barrel, explaining the differences with the bottled one. We smelled the aromas, also comparing them with small essences in vials. There were also small typical tastings on bruschetta. To finish, as a gift, a small bottle of wine with a personalized label.
An experience that I recommend to wine enthusiasts.
