We had already had some experience with Italian wine regions, but never with the Prosecco one. We chose Rivaluce because it is a recent winery and close to Valdobbiadene. We were warmly welcomed by Aurora and received a lot of information from her about Rivaluce and Prosecco in general. Aurora had us taste Rivaluce's best wines, accompanied by tasty snacks. In short, a warm welcome in a splendid winery and the chance to taste excellent Prosecco. We were so surprised by Rivaluce's wines that we bought some. Obviously.... We visited this small family-run winery to discover natural wine... it was a unique and exciting discovery.... A welcoming and friendly family, they introduced us to their history, their wine, and their way of "pampering" the land and the vines... then the terracotta amphorae are a real special gem to discover... we were amazed by the unique wine and its taste... an experience to absolutely try for those who want to discover the taste of real wine!!!

Today I had an unexpectedly beautiful experience at the Cantina Fitto delle Chianacce, where a tasting of their wines and oil had been booked. Signora Edda welcomed us with great cordiality and told us the very interesting story of their production, from the white to the rosé, a good four red wines, oaked and unoaked, including a remarkable Syrah, to finish with a delicious Vin Santo, enjoyed to the fullest with an excellent pecorino from Pienza. So much dedication from the Signora and her family came through during the meeting, in a beautiful landscape setting of the Cortona area, of Chianacce. Congratulations, excellent wines, which are sure to find favor among consumers who appreciate the products of our Land. A special mention goes to the EVO oil, delicate and flavorful, which was greatly appreciated on bread. There is no comparison between this oil and what you buy in stores, even at a high price. Thanks to Signora Edda and her availability, for a meeting that lasted over an hour and a half, with a visit to the cellars and the related tasting.

Upon arriving at the estate we were immediately welcomed by one of the owners who entrusted us to her colleague. With her we first went to discover the “wonderful world” of balsamic vinegar and then she accompanied us in a delicious tasting of their wines and vinegar. The girl was extremely friendly, always ready to answer a thousand questions with a smile and very knowledgeable. You can see that they are very well organized, it was an exceptional experience.
