De Cuarto Wine Tasting
Roberta de Cuarto, the daughter of the house, speaks good English and leads the wine tasting, giving us a very interesting overview of the different grapes and designations of the wines of Salento and Manduria.
There were 4 natural wines, which we loved, except for the white wine.
We will order the Dionysos, Tarantula and Bellicum from the winery for home.
Her restaurant tip in the village was also very good, Roberta gave us a very good insight into the wines of the region.
The local delicacies served with them were very tasty.
