Tour & Wine Tasting
We had a great tour visiting the vineyard, and she took us through the winery and wine cellar.
After that, a tasting of four different wines accompanied by delicious tapas with bread, all from local production.
The tour guide was very clear in English and was able to answer all questions.
This winery visit is highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience
Beautiful vineyard between the ancient and the modern, stylishly furnished in the interior spaces and typically Sicilian outside, immersed in green and lush nature with a view of the Nebrodi mountains.
The staff was super kind and professional in the explanation of the tour and in the tasting.
The staff even added a glass not included in the price to let us taste a delicious red wine that we later bought.
What can I say but thank you ❤️

An amazing wine experience!
It was the first time that I did a wine tasting and it was so good! We received a detailed explanation about how the wine is made and also visited the production and the barrels of wine. Then, we tasted 6 wines paired with delicious & local food. Afterwards we visited the wine vineyard. The people who work there were very friendly!

as if we were visiting friendly, old friends
10 out of 10! The best thing that happened at the winery was sincere, interesting, open people. The wife who conducted the tour is gentle and intelligent, the husband is in love with winemaking and the chef wears checkered pants and lectures about the joys of life. I remember this evening with warmth! I recommend!

How to paint a wine....
The Archetti family is one of the most authentic things you can find in the area.
You will find a family-run business that has created from scratch an enterprise capable of going beyond established norms. Thanks to passion, creativity, and the enormous expertise acquired first in the field and then in books, they have created wines with unique characteristics that don't necessarily copy a defined specification.
I recall Luca's words, finding myself in them: "Knowing how to make a good wine is like knowing how to paint a work of art". Luca
Archetti's is a painting born from emotions, from knowledge of the territory and techniques, a painting made of complex simplicity that grabs you starting from the senses, reaching the brain and the soul to remain there. I really like their principle of letting you drink "what was in that year" and not letting you drink something that wasn't there but is blended to have a consistent aroma, perlage, and flavor.
Don't just stop at the whites and the classics of Franciacorta, try the white vinifications made with other grapes but above all: Try the reds! They are not a provocation but wines of high quality, in these you perceive even more the mastery and skills of the artist...
I would have a thousand other things to tell that I experienced while there, from the quality of the products on the wonderful platter offered, to the use of different glasses and the related sensory experience, mentioning the choices...

Tuscan Treat
Savignola Paolina is close to Greve, easy to find. We were looked after by Jo who was brilliant. Lovely house, vines & surrounds. We had the 3 wines with food pairing, all brilliant. Also tasted their limited edition merlot + olive oil. All great. Highly recommended to visit, also good value for money. Thank you.

Passion
A visit to the vineyard, a careful and exhaustive explanation in the cellar, a varied tasting with wine pairings can only be interesting and engaging if there is feeling, emotion and passion. This is what, for the entire duration of our food and wine experience, we read in the eyes of Domenico who enlightened us with his life stories in which innovation and tradition go “hand in hand”. “Savor” is the watchword, maybe even with your eyes closed, letting yourself be lulled by the intoxicating aromas of his wines.
