Atavus means ancestor; under this, we are very involved in respecting the environment, our vineyards, and our wines. Like our ancestors, we do not add chemicals to our land or our wines, and the processes involved in making wine from the earth to bottling are done under the influence of the lunar phases, currently called biodynamic practices

In this visit to Atavus winery, we propose a tour where you will learn about the philosophy and under intervention necessary for the production of their wines, visiting the different spaces where they make them, such as the cellar where they prepare the fermentation and aging of wines, recovering ancestral materials for it. You'll hear the explanation in depth on why their wines respect their origin and how they are created.

You then continue with the visit in the spectacular tasting room with 180º views of the vineyard and the forest that surrounds the estate. Here you will be able to taste the best wines of Atavus while enjoying the breathtaking views.
