5 Excellent wine tasting (Greg)What can I say to a well presented, laid back wine sampling amidst the old restored wine buildings around citrus groves. The wine host was superbly knowledgeable and took time answering our “party of four” questions. The bruschetta, cheese and other snacks were appreciated. We recommend….close to CTA for our later flight

2 Not really worth the money (Line)The place was nice. The hostess friendly. Unfortunately she was not invested in the experience and she walk away during the tasting. We could not ask her questions and we did not get any new information about the wines. We think it was too expensive compared to the tasting.

5 Fine wines in a dreamy landscape (Carlos)I read some reviews about this winery over the years, so as soon as I found myself there, being in Catania for the first time I didn't want to miss the chance. I tasted very good white and rosé Etnas (2023 and 2024 respectively), then I tried a 2021 "Feudo di Mezzo Red" and that definitely made the trick for me, I'll be back for certain in the beautiful winery in the center of the city when I'm back in Catania (which, by the way, is stunning) Hope I can vist the vineyards over the mountain too when I get the chance. Overall certainly recommended

5 Excellent Wine Tasting Experience (July)Wonderful wine tasting experience in an elegant and welcoming tasting room, with a friendly and professional staff. We sampled four wines, all of which were excellent and thoughtfully presented. I highly recommend this experience to anyone spending a day in Catania and looking to discover local wines and flavors. The location is also perfect, just a short walk from the Catania Cathedral, making it a convenient stop while exploring the city. Definitely worth a visit!

5 A unique experience! (Etel)I am a huge wine enthusiast and I can say without a doubt that the tasting at Tenute dei Ciclopi in Catania was one of the most wonderful I've ever done. As soon as I entered, I immediately felt welcomed into an elegant and very well-kept environment, but at the same time warm and relaxed. It was an experience that moved me, because behind every wine I perceived a story, an authentic passion, and a deep connection with the Etna territory. The wines were a real discovery: wonderful aromas, great elegance, and a minerality that makes them truly unique. I also really appreciated the professionalism and helpfulness of the person who guided us through the tasting, describing each label with expertise and great enthusiasm. If you love wine and find yourself in Catania, I recommend you don't miss this experience. I left with a smile, a few bottles to take home, and the desire to come back soon. 4 Very charming historic farmhouse (Fabio)We had Corrado, a sixth-generation son of the Mannino family, who guided us in the description and the tasting. A very nice, friendly, and helpful guy. We were also satisfied with the quality of the wines.
