5 Enjoyable wine lunch (Borghetti)A great experience touring the vineyard and winery. Barbara was warm and hospitable, taking the time to explain the process in detail and answering the many questions we had. Lunch was simple but good (tortellini, cold cuts, bruschetta, cheese and wine of course). It was open on a Sunday which was the main reason why we chose it - in addition to the many good reviews. Would recommend dropping in

4 Balance to Opera ()Great adventure for a morning in Verona/Valpolicella. The views over the twisted and manicured landscape is inspirational. The process of wine making in the region was interesting and the tasting was revealing. Meeting other travellers from around the globe was a real positive.

5 Exceptional wine tasting at Novaia (Cristina)We recently had the pleasure of attending a wine tasting at the Novaia organic vineyard. Our host began with an introduction to the history of the vineyard and the Valpolicella wine region, setting the stage for our experience. We were then seated in the vineyard's charming courtyard overlooking a beautiful valley, where we were offered a selection of cheese, bread, and dried grapes, carefully chosen to complement four different red wines, including the famous Amarone della Valpolicella. The tasting concluded with the sweet Recioto della Valpolicella, which was delicious. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon sampling and learning about the wines of this renowned Italian winemaking region and this wonderful vineyard.

4 Bellissima Cantina (PIERGIOVANNI)Cantina molto bella , situata sopra una collina sopra Negrar. Tour molto completo sulle spiegazioni ed anche la degustazione finale è stata eccellente. I prodotti dell azienda, sono molti buoni, parere personale, il recioto è qualcosa di sublime.

La degustazione dei vini eccellenti, molto rilassante e professionale al tempo stesso. Esperienza da ripetere per il luogo e per la gestione familiare super apprezzata.
