5 A Very Enjoyable Experience (Joy)We had a really wonderful time at Corte Borghetti. The Vineyard is in a beautiful setting and we were greeted with a warm welcome by a family member. Our guide was Barbara Borghetti who gave us a very explicit tour of the vineyard and you could see and hear the pride in her voice as she showed us round and explained that family had been here since the 16th Century. The tour ended with a wine tasting of 5 wines that are all produced at the vineyard together with a selection of cheeses, cold meat platters and a few surprises. Definitely would recommend.

4 Beautiful winery (Sandra)We were glad to visit this charming and beautiful winery corte borghetti in the heart of Valpolicella. The owner is very friendly and has an excellent knowledge. The tour was very exciting and interesting. We got to know the different types of grapes and have a walk between the vineyards, watching the beautiful sceneries of the region. The indoor tour was impressive too. And the light lunch...not "light" at all:) was very generous and yummy, served in a very cosy and charming atmosphere. Each wine that we tasted was unique and had his own specifications and food pairing tips...and we ended our tasting with the famous amarone wine with dark chocolate to enjoy and appreciate each and every flavour. 5 Exceptional wine tasting at Novaia (FRANCESCO)We recently had the pleasure of attending a wine tasting at the Novaia organic vineyard. Our host began with an introduction to the history of the vineyard and the Valpolicella wine region, setting the stage for our experience. We were then seated in the vineyard's charming courtyard overlooking a beautiful valley, where we were offered a selection of cheese, bread, and dried grapes, carefully chosen to complement four different red wines, including the famous Amarone della Valpolicella. The tasting concluded with the sweet Recioto della Valpolicella, which was delicious. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon sampling and learning about the wines of this renowned Italian winemaking region and this wonderful vineyard.

5 5 star tour and tasing with fresh prepared food (Nicholas)The tasting and tour was very good. It was an individual experience although there were 3 other couples doing the tasting and tour at the same time. The cold meat and cheese board was massive and we didn't manage all of it. In addition they brought out bruchetta, tortellini, mascaponi and dark chocolate. There could have been a little more explanation of the wines and the way the food was prepared. I did need to ask about the white wine that was not served but described as part of the 5 wines but this was immediately brought out for us to try without question. overall, i would give the tasing 5 stars. The tour if the winery and walk into the vineyard was also very good and again was done by the owner on a 1 to 1 basis and not with other couples who were on the tour at the same time. We hit lucky because it was just at the start of the cropping season so saw the vines full of fruit. 5 stars also for the tour and explanation of the wine making process

5 Excellent experience (Daniel)We really enjoyed the wine testing experience at Corte Borghetti. Barbara, who is the owner, took as to the vineyard to show us the grapes and the farming stages, then she took us to winery to show us how the various valpolicella wines are prepared: classico, classico superiore, ripasso e amarone. Then we were tasted the wine, also came with plenty of food. We loved the wines so we ordered 12 bottles to be delivered to london. Totally worth it, very informative plus Barbara and her daughter are great hosts.

5 Great wine and gentle host (Alexander)We had an amazing experience at Novaia winery. Our host Caterina was very friendly and showed us around the vineyards and the cellar. She told us about the history of the wine producer, the specifics of their wine processing and kindly answered to all our questions. The wine tasting was accompanied by a generous amount of local cheese, bruschetta with olive oil, homemade fig jam and fresh fruits from the garden. Excellent wines, especially the Repasso and Richioto! Highly recommend for people who want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings combined with great wine and nice conversation!

First, the drive to get there is magnificent through the mountains and the estate, built in the 16th century, is impressively beautiful. The owner, Barbara, welcomed us with great kindness and generosity and gave us a lot of information about winemaking and the vineyard. The wine tasting was accompanied by very good local products that made for an excellent pairing and enhanced the wine. What can I say about the beauty of the tasting room! Even our 11-year-old son enjoyed his visit.

The experience began in an elegant cellar of the villa, a refined setting with attention to the smallest details, where we tasted **five excellent wines**, expertly paired with a *light lunch*. Every single course and every glass were to our absolute liking: a marriage of authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. (The cured meats and cheeses were the bomb) What made the difference was the welcome. We were guided by Camilla (I hope I'm not mistaken), who made us feel welcome right from the start. With great kindness, passion, and expertise, she told us the fascinating history of the winery and explained in detail the characteristics of what we were drinking and eating, enriching the lunch with precious anecdotes. Once lunch was over, the experience continued with a really interesting tour. We were taken to visit the splendid vineyards and got to see the production areas up close. It was fascinating to follow, step by step, the entire process that takes the care of the grape and transforms it into the wine we had just sipped. An impeccable experience from start to finish. Warm hospitality, a charming location, and high-level products. Highly recommended!

5 Excellent Valpolicella wine tasting (Francesca)We booked a tasting at this family-run winery and were fascinated by the passion and attention to detail that is passed down from generation to generation. First, Mr. Francesco accompanied us for a short walk through the vineyards and in the cellar, describing step by step the winemaking process and the characteristics of Valpolicella wines. Afterwards, we were led into a large hall that still preserves the stone of the ancient walls for the wine tasting and lunch. Here, the daughter and granddaughter delighted us with 5 varieties of wine (Garganega, Valpolicella Classico, Superiore, Ripasso and Amarone). All accompanied by a generous platter of cured meats and cheeses, bruschetta, mostardas and oil of their own production. We also tasted some tortellini and a sweet tasting to complete the lunch.

4 Fun and complete experience (Gianmarco)Well-organized experience, punctual directions and timing was respected. The tasting is composed of three quality wines. I didn't give 5 stars, because I believe that the truffle hunt cannot take place at all times of the year. We were there at the beginning of May, a period in which hunting is forbidden in Valpolicella and the truffles are not ripe. For this reason, we only did a reduced hunt near the estate. In any case, we learned a lot about truffles and truffle dogs, thanks to an extremely knowledgeable truffle hunter. The splendid sunny day and the company made everything perfect.
