Wine tasting and pizza making

Our experience was beautiful. Beatriz was so friendly and helpful, she made it an insightful and relaxed tour. The production area is state of the art for a small vineyard yet there is still such a charm as soon as you walk in.
I recommend this to anyone who is visiting Sicily!!

Beautiful Winery, Delicious Lunch!

The winery itself is absolutely stunning. We had a beautiful lunch on the terrace, and the wine was abundant and delicious! The staff and owners were wonderfully friendly, and so knowledgeable. They have obviously poured a lot of love into the winery. We couldn’t recommend this enough!

The visit to this farm was absolutely wonderful. Very beautiful setting and very nice staff. The owner was lovely and showed us around extra and let us taste the wines in the making. Then we made pizza with a pizza chef which was very much fun. Very good wines as well. Recommend you to visit this!

Ottima esperienza, abbiamo scelto l'opzione del tour con picnic..tutto perfetto..dalla visita guidata al cibo incluso nel picnic. La location è davvero bella con tanti animali e la possibilità di visitarla in pieno. Super consigliato!

La biofattoria è molto grande e bella, curata nei dettagli e ricca di attrattive interessanti per grandi e piccini.
La proprietaria (credo) ci ha fatto fare il giro del vigneto e della cantina, spiegandoci tutto con precisione e rispondendo a tutte le nostre curiosità. Abbiamo assaggiato 2 vini dalle botti e 2 al tavolo, accompagnati da un delizioso tagliere di salumi e formaggi. I bicchieri di vino sono stati abbondanti e la qualità davvero buona. Personale cortese e disponibile, posto meraviglioso. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottima.

About Winery and Wines
The Farm AUGUSTALI is in Sicily between the two provinces of Trapani and Palermo in the middle of the Gulf of Castellammare enjoying the picturesque hilly landscape sloping down to the sea. AUGUSTALI is in the most fertile part of the Falconeria forest between Alcamo and Partinico, a land that was so dear to Frederick II of Swabia. The Farm is owned by the oenologist Vincenzo and by his wife Finella, beekeeper and educational farmer; with them, the visitor will have the chance to share smells, colors and tastes of Nature.
Passing through a wide green field, olive groves, the vineyards, the citrus orchards, the visitor will get to the new wine-house completed in September 2017: it’s a traditional horizontally-extending one with computerized cold power plants, pneumatic wine press, a modern bottling line and oak cellar The small but well-equipped cellar is located among the vineyards so that grapes are immediately softly crushed.
