Exhaustive explanation

I really enjoyed the tasting gifted by some friends. The young man was very good and willing to answer our questions, and he proved to be very competent and passionate about his work.
Our tasting didn't include Cartizze (it was a gift from friends) and when it was served to the others at the end and not to us, I didn't feel very comfortable. They could have suggested at the entrance if we wanted to upgrade by also purchasing the Cartizze, given that the others were going to taste it. Or they could figure out another way not to make those who purchased only part of the tasting feel excluded.

Great experience

It was a very interesting experience; at the beginning they explained the entire Prosecco production process to us, starting from the grape variety. Then we tasted 4 different types of wine, each accompanied by an original cicchetto specifically designed with local products. The wines are all exceptional and the staff who welcomed us are also very kind and knowledgeable. Also interesting is the winery's artistic component associated with each wine. The location is also very picturesque, immersed in the vineyards of the village.
Our favorites were the Perlo and the 1798

Prosecco Tasting

The tasting experience was superlative: the presentation of the territory, the description of the winery, the tasting of the four different types of the company's products were perfect. Fasol Menin is a small but exceptional establishment.

A beautiful experience

The winery is really very well-kept and the description of the farm and their way of working is very interesting. You can feel the love and passion they put into their work.
