Fasol Menin produces Prosecco Superiore of Valdobbiadene with honor, passion, and ethical conscience, following every step from the vineyard, going through the winemaking process up to the selling. In the winery, Fasol Menin uses the most advanced technologies that guarantee high-quality standards. They take care of their land by using sustainable methods in the vineyard and also in the winery. With Glera grapes and other indigenous grape varieties they produce three types of wine: Tranquillo, Frizzante, and Spumante, every category can be more or less sweet depending on the residual sugar.
