Cascina Alberta is a serene retreat nestled in the hills of Treiso, surrounded by 19 hectares of land, 9 of which are dedicated to vineyards. Our estate produces Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Riesling wines, all cultivated organically on the white marl soils typical of the region. Our cellars craft wines that are sincere, fresh, and elegant, reflecting the true essence of the Langa. The ancient buildings have been carefully renovated into a haven of hospitality, featuring 7 modern suites with stunning 360-degree views of the surrounding landscape.

In Love

In love with Cascina Alberta, with the wines I tasted, with the narration of their identity, with the "stories" of each wine. Professionalism but also familiarity and infinite kindness, a winning combination to leave a mark. Different from all the others, not the "usual" tasting. Completing it all is the breathtaking view that can be admired from both the terrace and inside, while sipping an amazing selection of wines. Furthermore, the price is very honest, especially when measured against the experience. Unmissable, I hope to have the chance to return.

Wine tasting at Cascina Alberta

Very nice location with incredible view. The guide David was interesting. We even met the owner and tasted freshly pressed wine of the year ( unique experience). We visited the preparation and refining room. A very close by experience to wine making. We loved the experience! Thanks to David and the team!
A little bit more explanation about the wine we tasted ( smell, taste,… ) we should discover.

Nice location, good wine

The lady that gave us the tour is effective, competent and kind.
The place is impressive, the wine standard is quite good.

An experience to be repeated

We were welcomed with kindness and courtesy, the explanation of every single step of the process from the vineyard to the cellars was very instructive, a truly tiring and noble job. Inside the facility, cleanliness and order.
The platter with cheeses and cured meats was delicious, we had never tasted such good hazelnuts before. The excellent wines that accompanied us were fragrant and with clear colors, so much so that we bought a few bottles.
An experience to be repeated, without a doubt. Thank you.

Tasting

Extremely positive experience. Maximum helpfulness and professionalism from the staff.
An experience to be repeated because the wines are delicious, and the vineyards they show you, in addition to the cellars, are a true spectacle.
They also allowed access for my four-legged friend. Next time I will also try the accommodation in order to stay in that corner of relaxation.

Good experience and lunch

We had a nice and warm welcome at the winery. Then we had a detailed tour of the vineyard and wine making equipments, followed by very insightful introduction of the sample wines and then delicious lunch.
Would be great to walk in the vineyard to introduce the grapes, vine training, see and touch the actual soil. But it was raining in the morning and noon so probably it was hard to do. We had self walking by ourselves after lunch when the sun came out.
