But his "liquid archaeology" knows no boundaries. From this creative center, Roberto orchestrates unique projects across the globe. He interprets distinct terroirs in California, Armenia, Georgia, Spain, and Burgundy, capturing the soul of each land with the same mastery and visionary approach he applies at home.

Beyond the wines, which of course we loved, what stood out most was the hospitality and the pleasant atmosphere that was created. It was one of those moments you don't want to end.
