Situated in the southwest of Sicily, near Mazara del Vallo, an area known for its rich history, culinary heritage, and vibrant coastal life, Gorghi Tondi presents a unique destination for wine lovers. The estate’s wine offerings include a variety of expressive labels, such as Palmarès (sparkling wine), Midor (Catarratto), Dumè (Frappato), Babbìo (white or rosé semi-sparkling), Maremeo (white blend), and Spassoso (red blend). Other notable wines include Ziller 47 (white unfortified wine), Rajàh (Zibibbo), SorelleSala (Rosso Riserva), and Grillodoro, a rare late-harvest Grillo crafted from noble rot, recognized as the only muffato made from Grillo grapes in the world.
For four generations, Tenuta Gorghi Tondi has cultivated vines within the protected WWF Nature Reserve Lago Preola and Gorghi Tondi, a pristine oasis on the southwestern coast of Sicily, where the Mediterranean meets the vineyards.
