A sort of homecoming
Paolo is a genuine winemaker and welcomes you like an old friend who "certainly doesn't watch the clock," given that he entertained us and had us taste all his wines from 11 AM to 4 PM.
The tasting takes place in the shade of the old vineyard: a 60-year-old bellussera.
His wines are balanced but with personality. Without the extremes of other winemakers who work with the same philosophy.
Special praise for the single-varietal pignoletto and lambrusco marani.

A beautiful 360° experience at Bio Farm Augustali.
Beatriz delighted us not only with the 4 wines we tried, but also with an exceptional platter.
We walked among the olive trees and vineyards listening to the complete story of wine production, all the way to visiting the cellars and also the farm animals which are for educational use for schools.

The experience lasted 2 hours. We started with a walk through the vineyards during which all the steps that lead to wine production were explained, from recognizing dolcetto to nebbiolo and so on up to the bottling phase. Afterward we continued with an exceptional tasting of 11 wines accompanied by a charcuterie board. Our guide was very professional and friendly! Definitely a pleasant experience to recommend to anyone in the area.
