5 A wonderful experience at Poggio Amorelli! (Sasa)The winery is set in a beautiful Tuscan landscape, surrounded by vineyards and the rolling hills of Chianti. The scenery and atmosphere alone make the visit worthwhile. The tasting was very well organized, relaxed and enjoyable, with no sense of being rushed or overly formal. The wines were very good, and we especially appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the local grape varieties, the winemaking process, and the character of the wines from this region. The staff were friendly, professional, and very welcoming. It is a perfect place for a break between Siena and San Gimignano, and a genuine little piece of Tuscany, exactly as you imagine it before coming here. We would gladly visit again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place is absolutely amazing, and the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and hospitable from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed a tasting of five different wines, each paired with delicious food — they were very generous with both the wine and the accompaniments. Our host explained each wine in detail, including its origin and the perfect food pairing, which made the experience even more engaging. We also had the chance to visit the wine storage area, which was fascinating. Overall, it was an exceptional experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Tuscany!

During lunch, we tasted five wines, two aged balsamic vinegars and an extra virgin olive oil, all paired with the most delicious fresh food courses and fascinating facts from Thomas. I highly recommend this very special Chianti experience to all who enjoy good wine (and grappa) and fine food!

5 Fabulous experience, asked to be adopted into the family. The Rose' Spumante is the best I have ever tasted. Thank you. Nic and Lauren Goodall ( South (Nicolas)Sunday in Tuscany is full of cyclist's, hiil top villages, olive groves, vineyard covered valleys and if you are really lucky, Lunch at Poggia Amorelli Wine Estate. 6 wines paired with the best of Tuscan fare, and a host Sommelier who brings the whole experience together. Absolutely brilliant. We especially enjoyed the Rose' Spumante, with the very fine bubble and soft golden pink hues. The Chianti classico was the best of the reds and was an excellent pairing with the tasting plates of local cheese, honey, apricot jam and a 20 year old balsamic vinegar. Delicious. Ballissima, molto bene. A delightful experience, highly recomemded.

5 Perfect (Thomas)The perfect wine tasting experience. Short but detailed and interesting private tour of the wine cellar, so much delicious wine to try (about 7 glasses each), all with excellent guidance from the somellier. Then there was a feast of delicious Tuscan food to come with it, and the view was gorgeous too. We weren't rushed and spent around 3.5 hours on the terrace slowly enjoying the food and wine. Would recommend to anyone going to Tuscany to visit.

5 Poggio Amorelli, a wonderful place (Bucchino)Poggio Amorelli is situated in the high position of the heart of Chianti region where we can benefit from having a beautiful Toscana landscape. Although it was in the moment of fallow, we still enjoyed a little walk around the area before starting our experience of wine tasting. The entire wine tasting experience was great! Clear explanation of the meaning of "Chianti", which reinforced our concentration of savouring each wine. Here we learnt to taste 100% Sangiovese produced Chianti wine Classic, Reserva, and Super Chianti, and we discovered our preference, Chianti Reserva! Comfort and warm environment indoor the house with beautiful background music, it was a great experience! Thank you Denis! P.S. For visiters' information: the only way to reach here is to drive a car, and it is worth it!!

5 A gem in Castellina in Chianti (Michael)For wine lovers, a must-try stop. An hour-long experience, different from the standard winery tours. The girl welcomed us wonderfully, super knowledgeable and super cheerful. She manages to put you at ease right away for something not excessively formal but also instructive. The wines for tasting were very good and in the end she also had us try an oil tasting which I had never tried before! The price of the experience is very good! Super recommended.

5 Happy to have had this experience (Italia)We arrived at Poggio Amorelli and were struck by the peace and serenity in the air. We were welcomed by a little mascot: the dog named Dollarino, our guide was very good at explaining the history and production techniques. We were fascinated and transported into this family. We visited their cellar and tasted excellent wines, accompanied by cheeses and cured meats. We chose to add a first course on the spot and it was an excellent choice. In all honesty, I would do it again and I recommend it as an experience.
