Alle pendici dei Colli Tuscolani, felicemente posizionata nel cuore della più prestigiosa zona di produzione del Frascati DOC, sorge la Cantina Cerquetta da generazioni proficuamente e validamente gestita dalla famiglia Ciuffa. Qui, in un antico e stupendo Casale del '700, Vincenzo Ciuffa prosegue e svolge con passione l'attività, ormai bicentenaria, che ha ereditato dai suoi avi, produttori di vino e proprietari di vasti appezzamenti di terreno coltivati a vigneto. Sperare di trasmettere e rendere onore a Frascati attraverso semplici parole è impresa assai ardua; è questa una terra di vigne ricche e rigogliose dove fare il vino è il risultato di sapienti mani ed antiche tradizioni che si tramandano dai padri ai figli da mille generazioni e più, dove il confine tra la tradizione e la cultura del vino è pressoché invisibile. Sulla base di tutto questo la famiglia CIUFFA nel pieno rispetto de luoghi in cui vive ed opera, ha voluto imprimere ai propri prodotti quella personalizzazione necessaria e doverosa per arricchire l'ormai vasto panorama enologico.
