We basically decided the night before that we wanted to do a tasting and booked through winedering, but due to the impeding bad weather and harvest that needed to be done, the timing was off. The owner, Rocco, contacted us immediately and fortunately it was possible to work out a better time. The tour itself was very nice and informative, and it was great to see a little of the vineyard. The tasting had a very wide selection of 8 wines, including orange wine (loved it!) and the olive oil was amazing as well. Would definitely recommend a tour with Rocco!

5 Great Wine Tasting Experience (Frederick & Susan)In August 2024 we did the tour and tasting at D'Erasmo Vini with our son and had an extraordinary experience. This year we had a friend visiting from the States and knew she would enjoy this winery - we were absolutely correct. The owner Gianluca met us in the parking lot and after greetings provided a nice tour of the vines and the production areas. Within the past year, they have made many beautiful improvements to the property to include dining and tasting areas, additional barrels, and apartments for overnight guests. They offer one peccorino, one rose, and one sangiovese, but all are superb. We bought a case of each as we did the year before. But in addition to the wine tasting is the local products provided with the tastings. It includes a variety of six cheeses, six meats, two types of breads with their homemade olive oil, Ascoli Piceno olives, a fried sweet custard (which was unique and very tasty), and homemade deserts. Most of the products were prepared by Gianluca's parents who were also present. Overall, they made it a lovely, welcoming afternoon.

5 Very Nice Family Winery (Frederick)We had a wonderful tasting of six wines and a lovely spread of local products. Our hostess was the co-owner. We had an option of indoor or outdoor seating for the tasting. The hostess was engaging and knowledgeable. She provided a history of the winery and the background on some of the wine names. The wines were very nice and priced well.

5 Tasty and relaxed (Dan)The wine shop is just inside the historic part of town. A knowledgeable host introduced us to their broad selection of wines. We chose our tastings and then sat nearby for a relaxed experience. The wines were quite unique and all of them enjoyable. Since the winery isn’t on-site, we spent more time just tasting the wines and visiting the interesting shop.. Worth a visit!

5 Wine tasting at Velenosi (Grace)My sister and I went to Ascoli Piceno for the last few days of our tour in Italy. It was important for us because our grandparents came from that region in the beginning of the 20th century. Our tour guide Stephane met us at the hotel and drove us to Velenosi winery. The winery is on a slope surrounded be vineyards and an olive grove. You can see the mountains in the distance. Francesco our guide spoke English perfectly and explained to us the environmental factors that contribute to the taste of the wine. We had a lovely white wine called ‘Pecorino’ that goes well with snacks, chicken, fish, cheese. Pecorino has a beautiful light color and kind of sweet. The second wine that we tasted was a red wine, more full bodied called ‘Brecciarolo’. A very smooth wine that pairs well with meat and almost anything. We had another white wine but I cannot remember the name. Anyway, there were an assortment of cheese, prosciutto and other regional specialities to go with the wine. I brought the Pecorino and the Brecciarolo back to Paris with me. My family loved the wine. Now I have to find more. Stephane took us back to the hotel but no before showing us a local site or two. It was a great experience. Thanks.

4 A tasting that tells a story of passion and territory (GIULIA)We had a truly enjoyable tasting and visit experience at Cantine d’Erasmo, which I recommend without hesitation to those who love wine and authentic family-run businesses. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great kindness and warmth by the owner and his family. The welcome was sincere and spontaneous, the kind that makes you feel immediately at ease. During the visit, the owner passionately told us the story of this young winery, the daily work they do, and their future projects, conveying a genuine love for the territory and for wine. The location is splendid: a new and very well-kept facility, immersed in the typical landscape of the Marche region, which alone is worth the visit. Everything is tidy, clean, and designed with attention to detail. The wine tasting was excellent. Each wine was explained clearly and competently, making the tasting even more interesting and engaging. The selected wines were all very pleasant and well-representative of the territory. To accompany the tasting, a selection of cheeses and cured meats was offered, mostly local, truly exquisite and perfectly paired with the proposed wines. But what made this experience particularly pleasant was the hospitality: authentic, warm, and familiar.

5 A wonderful reality (Vidèo)It's not easy to get there, but once you're on site, you're struck by the simplicity and authenticity of the place, which overlooks a valley of vine rows. Skilled and kind Luigi, the staff member who accompanied us into the cellar and recounted the history of the family of farmers/entrepreneurs. What can I say about the wines offered: we were surprised by how they work with Montepulciano, both as a single varietal and together with Sangiovese, with an excellent result. The same can be said for the white we tried, Sauvignon and Pecorino… an international marriage! An authentic respect for the territory with native vines combined with non-excessive experimentation that enhances the taste and rewards the nose. In short, a wonderful surprise from the Marche region.

Gianluca welcomed us, a young man but with a great passion for wine. We discovered that, besides being the owners' son, he has been working in this sector for a long time and has refined his studies in Viticulture and Oenology. With enthusiasm and professionalism, he told us the story of the winery, built from scratch thanks to the family's sacrifice and dedication. The tasting was a journey into the authentic flavors of the territory: we tasted three of their own wines — a rosé, a Pecorino, and a red. The Pecorino, in particular, left us speechless: something truly out of this world!
