Antica Enotria, located in Cerignola, Apulia, has been practicing organic farming since 1993, with a strong commitment to preserving traditional flavors and producing genuine products. Founded by Raffaele Di Tuccio and his wife Addolorata, the winery is rooted in the family’s love for the land. In the early 1990s, they moved from Basilicata to Apulia to cultivate 40 hectares of vineyards and vegetables using organic methods—without synthetic chemicals or genetically modified organisms. This decision marked the beginning of their agrobiological farm. The winery is housed in the Contessa Staffa farm, a noble estate dating back to the 1700s, where the family produces both organic wines and preserves, including pickles, tomatoes, and sauces. Borgo Turrito is a dynamic wine-producing company located in Borgo Incoronata, near Foggia, Apulia, surrounded by the Bosco Incoronata Regional Park. Caiaffa Vini is located in Cerignola, on the heights that surround the legendary Tavoliere of Apulia. This is the “kingdom” of the Caiaffa family, the realm of a reassuring chromatism, yellow from the wheat and blue from the sky: the classic two-color landscape is a result of the lack of rain in this part of Apulia. The winery follows the principles of synergistic agriculture. Its principles? Embracing a new - but also ancient - way of conceiving nature as the only great collaborator.
