Rivaluce was born from a family passion passed down through generations, now reimagined under the guidance of the oenologists Anna Bertorelle and Alessandro Favaro. It is a story of deep roots and contemporary vision, unfolding among historic vineyards in the heart of the iconic UNESCO Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene DOCG. Every stage of production is carefully overseen with an artisanal approach—from the thoughtful cultivation of Glera grapes to a slow, precisely controlled second fermentation. The vineyards lie in heroic hillside sites in the small village of San Pietro di Barbozza, where viticulture remains a conscious, hands-on practice.
