Our visit to Corte Borghetti was an unforgettable experience. Welcomed with great warmth by the owner, we started with a walk through the vineyards, where she passionately explained the two cultivation techniques and all the phases of the harvest. The visit continued in the cellars, among barriques and intense aromas, and then culminated in a delicious lunch in a charming stone hall. We tasted four excellent wines: a sparkling Soave, Valpolicella Classico, Superiore and the unmissable Amarone, each carefully paired with the dishes served. An authentic experience, with attention to the smallest details. Highly recommended!
