Castello Sonnino, located in the heart of Tuscany, has been the residence of the de Renzis Sonnino family since the early 19th century. The Bella Venere winery, located just outside Florence, is the result of an ancient passion handed down from generation to generation to the present day. Just a stone's throw from Chianti, the family-run business has been producing extra virgin olive oil and table wine for decades: products of excellent quality and 100% Tuscan. Care for raw materials and careful selection of cultivated varieties are the trademarks of the company, which today is run by brothers Leonardo and Simone.

The history of Travignoli is connected to wine production since 1100 when Vallembrosan records describe vineyards already under cultivation at the site. In 1473 Travignoli was left to the Florentine Hospital Santa Maria Nuova and it is described as the most important of the hospital properties. Then, in 1800 Villa Travignoli became part of the Busi estate and it is still run today by the family, with passion and innovation. Villa Travignoli is situated in the north-east of the Chianti production area in the idyllic region of Tuscany, 25 kilometers east of Florence at the meeting of the Arno and Sieve rivers, in the Chianti Rufina region, where it enjoys a southern exposure, calcareous soils and an altitude ranging from 250 to 400 meters above sea level. Here they cultivate 70 hectares of specialized vineyards on the 90-hectare estate, primarily focusing on Sangiovese but also including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Chardonnay, on top of producing extra virgin olive oil from their olive trees.

Tenuta l'Apparita is a boutique winery located in the hamlet of Bargino, in the renowned wine region of Chianti Classico, Tuscany. Surrounded by lush vineyards, olive groves, and woods, the estate embodies a deep connection to the land, where passion and tradition merge. The story of l'Apparita is driven by Paolo, a man of many talents and an undying love for wine. His journey from a sommelier to a viticulture and enology graduate, alongside his career as a surgeon, reflects his deep-rooted dedication to winemaking. Paolo’s journey began with a simple passion for tasting wines at dinners with friends, eventually leading to the establishment of the estate's 7,500 Sangiovese vines. His curiosity for wine also led him to study and import fine Champagnes and other Italian delicacies like chocolate. The estate revives the old tradition of grape harvesting, where family and friends come together to celebrate the land and its fruits, filling the air with joy and creating memories that blend into the winemaking process. Pagnana is just 15km from Florence, immersed in the delightful panoramas of the Chianti Florentine Hills on the western edges of the famous zone known worldwide for its wines and therefore the highest expression of Chianti. We are at an altitude between 200 and 250 meters above sea level. Roughly 30 hectares of vineyards with a good temperature range and plots exposed eastwards and southeast, and approximately 40 hectares of olive groves, as well as fields and woods making up a total of 240 hectares. The production of wine and oil is part of the cultural traditions of this territory and at Pagnana is conducted by the Breschi Family which, for over 50 years, has been dedicated towards labels of quality following sustainable agriculture together with an enology respectful of modern but, not stereotypical, practices as well as recognizable soil and climatic characteristics. In recent years three women of the family, covering three generations, have committed to introducing a more feminine outlook while still respecting and exalting those features which have distinguished Pagnana over time: a love for the land, tradition and also innovation. The agricultural activity is balanced with a flourishing hospitality side: an Agritourism diffuso as well as a wedding location amongst the most romantic in the Tuscan hills.    

Tenuta Barbadoro is a family-run winery with a history that spans five generations, beginning with Serafino in 1860. The current estate was established in 1945 by Ottavio and Guido Gallerini.
