Complete tasting of 26/10/24
My wife and I were welcomed by Augusto into a family-like and extremely well-kept environment.
The Passion with which he told us the story of his family and the journey in the vineyard was exciting.
Homemade and quality food from the Emilia-Romagna tradition. Appetizer with non-trivial local products and piada made by the cook, whom we had the pleasure of meeting. Excellent Green Lasagne (coming from a Bolognese),
The wine pairing was perfect, we tasted 12 different types of wine, from the Spumante Brut Gran Cuvée to the Rosé, moving on to a great Albana (which I bought and opened the next day with a dish of tortellini in capon broth) to finish with the famous Sangiovese (Expo 2015).
Great experience...
Fortunately, there are still people like Augusto with great oenological culture (and not only that). Entrepreneurs who believe in the value of our territory and in personal relationships.
See you soon, bye.

Long live Prosecco
Edo was great at introducing us to the history of the Glera grape and of Prosecco, very helpful. Walking among the vines is a fulfilling and relaxing experience.
The tasting was surprising.

A splendid morning among the Verdicchio vines
The tasting at the Colleonorato winery was nothing short of fantastic. Two young, enthusiastic winemakers filled us with a sense of optimism for the future of wine in Italy. The expression of Verdicchio in the various styles the winery offers is very interesting, with excellent results, and the Rosso Piceno also shows good results in the Colleonorato blend. The focaccia, cheeses, and cured meats that accompanied the tasting were also excellent. A highly recommended visit.

We had so much fun during our girls' getaway!
This was one of the highlights of our Verona trip. Even though it was raining all day and we couldn't go to the vineyards, we still had a wonderful experience at the tasting. We thought it was the perfect balance of information/experience where we didn't feel overwhelmed and had enough time to enjoy the food and wines. Also, it says "light lunch" but we were quite full at the end, so I wouldn't recommend eating anything beforehand. We all bought wines afterwards and they got shipped to Berlin (where we live) and got delivered super quick! Hands down would recommend to anyone! I can only imagine how much more beautiful it is when you can walk through the vineyard :)

Amazing experience with Rodolfo and his brothers!
Rodolfo gave us a brilliant tour around his vineyard and explained the process that each grape goes through from soiling through to finished product. Got the opportunity to try a number of different wines from the vineyard and enjoy some amazing sunset views of Scilla!

Winery visit
Modern and pleasant atmosphere.
Excellent wines and a charcuterie board that's not bad at all.
For being the newest arrivals in Franciacorta, I'd say definitely a good start.
