5 A review (Robert)A small winery with vineyards spread around Ciro. A non descriptive entrance in a dusty car park but gold inside. Don’t be put off by the outside. A young lady, niece of the winemaker, spoke excellent English . What she did not know, the maestro winemaker was on hand to tell us. They make genuine Ciro wines not commercial stuff. If you want a big enterprise don’t go. If you want a genuine small winemaker experience get your arse down there.. Try the 2018 reserve red if there is any left. What more can I say.

5 Simply wonderful (Ambyr)We had such a memorable experience at the tour, arguably the best of our trip. We were created by a stunning drive up to gated doors of the vineyard. Once on the ground we were greated by the family who gave us a tour of the facility. Our host was charming and answered all our questions. We then tasted 5 wonderful wines with no rush while enjoying the environment. Highly recommended!

5 A truly great experience (Roberto)Doing a tasting here is definitely a unique experience. The owner welcomes you, not treating you like simple visitors or consumers. Right away you perceive his passion, his expertise, and his warm humanity. The wines are the fruit of this land and of this humanity. You go in and lose track of time; we went in at 6:30 PM and I don't remember when we left, but very late in the evening. And we would have stayed for much longer. Excellent wines and tastings. An excellent and honest explanation of the wines produced, the winemaking processes, the equipment, and the promotion and sales strategies.

5 Fantastic experience (Claudio)We had a small inconvenience upon arrival, brilliantly resolved in a very short time. Salvatore was a serious and competent host, but also very friendly and helpful. The visit to the vineyards was excellent, with a detailed explanation of the vines and grape production. The visit to the cellar, with Salvatore's great technical expertise and with typical local products, was truly remarkable, as was the proposed wine tasting. Thank you for the afternoon spent (we also extended the scheduled time) and it was certainly the beginning of an acquaintance that will surely become something more in the future.

They explained to us that it wasn't easy to be organic and that Mother Nature doesn't always cooperate... I highly recommend this tour. They made us feel important and we left more knowledgeable!
