5 Excellent wines in a lovely, feminine setting! (Elena)The winery is located behind the castle of Castelnovo in Val Tidone, and is run by a very talented young woman, Chiara Azzali. She has created a special atmosphere in her winery, with antique furniture and oil paintings on the walls that form a feeling of history and tradition that prepare you for the tastings of her wines. The range of products is quite wide, and goes from young frothy reds, bubbly whites, to aged ones with body, spumante, and passito. The prices are also very fair. Highly recommend a visit and tasting!

5 Wonderful experience between wine and nature (Michelle)My boyfriend and I did a vineyard tasting with a splendid view of Vigoleno Castle. The wines, truly excellent, were accompanied by delicious cold cuts, cheeses, focaccia and homemade cakes. A special mention to the guy who guided us: friendly, kind and engaging in telling us the story of his winery with true passion. I recommend this experience absolutely.

5 Fascinating tasting in the Piacenza Hills (Marcello)It was a truly pleasant experience, the manager introduced us to his work, showed us his vines and told us in detail what he does and why, with excellent competence and accuracy. Afterwards, welcomed into his tasting room, he let us choose which wines to taste and paired each wine with a thoughtfully prepared snack. The wines were all of excellent quality and accompanied by several very good bites, with truly spot-on pairings that allowed you to appreciate each glass even more. The view of the hills is certainly an added bonus and makes the atmosphere even more evocative, pleasant and relaxing. Even the staff deserves a positive mention: all very kind, helpful and down-to-earth. They manage to put you immediately at ease and present the wines in a simple and interesting way, without making the experience too technical or demanding. Overall it was truly a great experience, which I recommend both to enthusiasts and to those approaching the world of wine for the first time. A simple and pleasant way to discover a little more, drink some excellent wines and enjoy a few hours in total relaxation. Absolutely recommended!

5 Visit to Tenuta Borri (Massimiliano)My family and I visited this small winery in the hills of the village of Perino; besides seeing a splendid place and tasting excellent wines, we met a wonderful person: Andrea, the owner and factotum of the estate. Andrea, besides making excellent wines in an extremely artisanal way, is also very good at telling the story of the valley and how grapes are worked. The saying that good wine comes in small casks definitely applies to this small winery.

Beyond personal taste regarding the wines produced (unfiltered), the service was not adequate. Cold rooms and poor organization, despite there being only a few people (initially 2).

We tasted white, red, and sparkling wines as well as a delicious liqueur, accompanied by Parmesan and saucisson to die for!
