5 Cooking Class at Tiberini - So much fun! (Luca)We had an amazing time attending the cooking class experience at Tiberini Winery. Samuele (the chef) was so pleasant to talk to and it was a joy to learn some cooking techniques from him as well as seeing him at work. The food was excellent as was the company. We enjoyed the relaxed and familiar way the entire experience went. after a short time you felt that you were a friend of the Tiberini family experiencing their food and wines in their home. It was so much fun the be eating a lunch that we hand a hand in preparing while sampling the Tiberini wines. After lunch we had an enjoyable walk through the gardens with Samuele where he talked about the food that he grew there that would end up on his table. The vineyard and winery visit with Luca was very informative but most of all it was amazing the see the passion for the land and way of life that came through in Luca's words. The entire experience was something that Julie and I will always remember and we cannot recommend it more highly.

5 Wonderful family run winery experience (Nicolò)Giovanni was our host and did a great job explaining the vineyards, aging and storage process. Out tasting was in a fabulous setting amongst oak barrels with a wide variety of the wines from the vineyards. Highly recommended.

5 Truffle hunting (Simone) Our guide, Alessandro, explained how he and his dog worked together to find the white truffles. The walk was a little muddy and in the woods. Be sure to wear shoes with traction and long pants. It was exciting to find truffles 5 out of 6 diggings. A truly unique experience!

5 Wine tasting tour and lunch (Andrea )Very interesting tour and talk by Andrea about their family wine production processes and how it has developed over many generations within their family. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the way they produce their lovely wines. The typical Tuscan food offering was very tasty and complimented the wine tasting experience. The location, facilities and views were exceptional. All in all an excellent couple of hours spent learning about their family wine business and tasting some excellent wines ( a bottle or two of which we purchased).
