The Domaine is very nice and the people are super attentive. We got some wine tasting first, with some info and details on each wine we tried. Later we had a quick visit on the winery which was also super interesting. The wines themselves were very good, and the staff was actively asking our preferences and would give us some wine to taste depending on what we like the most (sweeter, drier, etc.). It really made the experience more special! I would definitely recommend the activity if you're in the area. 10/10 :)

4 Wine Tasting and Cellar Tour (Fredi)Even though our tour and tasting booking got lost in the heat of the moment, we were greeted and guided most kindly by Ms. Heywang. The philosophy of the house and the organic cultivation of the small vineyard really appealed to us. It was not difficult for us to find and also buy several wines that suited our palate. A very clear recommendation for wine lovers who seek and appreciate wines that are not just run-of-the-mill. Very authentic.

Located in a splendid area of Alsace, the winery immediately impresses with its sustainable and innovative approach. It is clear from the start that nature plays a fundamental role here: the winery is built with eco-friendly materials and managed according to strict principles of biodynamic agriculture. A detail that is reflected in the quality and authenticity of the wines. The tour began with a warm welcome from the staff, who immediately made us feel at home. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate, managing to clearly convey the winery's philosophy and the importance of respecting the environment. We visited the vineyards and discovered the natural winemaking techniques, which aim to preserve the integrity of the grapes and minimize human intervention. The most awaited moment was undoubtedly the tasting of 5 glasses of their best wines, each of which represented a journey of flavors.
