5 Fabulous Day! (Patricia Barnden)What a great experience my family and I had here! We were welcomed into the vineyard waiting area and offered drinks after our journey. Whilst waiting for the other members of the group, we were able to relax in the very comfortable seating area which was nice. We were then given a tour around the vineyard by a very knowledgeable lady (apologies, I forgot you name) who educated us in the different ways of growing grapes and the maintenance of the land. She answered every question we had, without hesitation. Then, it was on to the wine tasting which, again, was very informative. With each wine we were provided with a different type of food which was a lovely surprise as we were only expecting bread, cheese and cold meats! We enjoyed ourselves so much here and were not hurried whatsover, we were allowed the time to enjoy the breathtaking views from the great big windows! I would not hesitate in recommending Palmento Costanzo!

5 Best wine tasting ever (Mihaela)We are funs of wine tasting, so we had few around the world. The thing is , thelis was the best. Definitely worth taking and I recomand having the full tasting with lunch included. So, we learned a lot about the wines of Edna, we visited the impresive production area. Cosimo, our guide was very professional and generous in explaining everything and unswering all our questions. We tasted more wines then writen on the offer and enjoyed all of them very much. The lunch was extremely tasty and prepared with talent and good ingredients. So , wonderful experience. Many thanks to Cosimo and the team.

5 An unforgettable Saturday afternoon (Diana-Maria)The way up can be a bit scary, but after you get there, it is worth the experience! The location has a pretty terrace with a breathtaking view. The wines we tried were very good (which can be no surprise for a winery), and the food was amazing! The lentil and chickpea soup was something you can't forget very easily! And for the gift shop lovers like me, they have one inside!

5 Amazing Experience in Antichi Vinai (Trisha)We were doing a cruise trip and decided to do wine tasting. We were 40 mins late (not proud of it) and worried that we won’t be accommodated. But Viviana was still welcoming and very understanding. We tried 3 types of wine – prosecco, white, and red. She also explained the history of Etna wines and their winery. We’ve learned a lot from her. We ended up purchasing 2 red wines. I recommend coming here. It was such a delightful experience. We’d do it again.

5 Fabulous tasting and winery (Pamela)They were so generous to not only accommodate us at the last minute but also to give us special attention and show us some areas not normally shown to tourists. The wine was wonderful. It was pouring when we were leaving and the staff offered us to stay as long as we like, offering additional wine or coffee. Very special experience.

5 Amazing experience, highly recommend (Aimee)We visited as part of a girls trip to Sicily and were not disappointed, we booked our own transport to the venue which was somewhat pricey but worth every penny after the experience. We arrived early but were welcomed with open arms and a glass of wine that was Devine, a gentleman shared details of the vineyard and our day overlooking spectacular views, we were then shown to a table where we met the manager and introduced to our host who was wonderful (although he had lost his voice causing him to sound very husky) which was a joke amongst us all but set the atmosphere for a great couple of hours, wine was shared along with knowledge and an abundance of foods, which were all to an amazing standard in presentation, taste and quality. The wine selection was varied and for someone that doesn’t drink red wine usually, these wines were something else. I truly cannot recommend this experience more highly, it was the best bit of our trip and we would revisit, we took away wine from the shop, along with the mailing list. A must do for any Sicily trip :)

However, we were not given a tour of the vineyard. Maybe because there was construction going on. But that’s okay, we were there for the wine!

5 True Taste of Etna (Nicholas )An informative, delicious and scenic experience. Each wine was balanced having singular and complex notes with a unique and distinctive finish. Mineral quality abounds. In addition to the wonderful wines, Zumbo vineyards put out an amazing spread of regional cheeses, meats, tomatoes, olive oil soaked bread, and various freshly made antipastos and marinated/grilled vegetables, most of which were grown ant the winery and prepared by one of the owners (Erica). We were well educated on the area by Oreste who not only took us on a tour of the facility but spent time explaining the various types of grapes being produced. The vineyard itself is amazing - row upon row of grape vines with white and red grapes nestled next to each other. One one side is a view of Mt. Etna and the other side a vista of mountains cresting skyward. Olive trees as well - and the special trees that appear on the wine labels. It is a special place.

The wine tasting was a nice experience, the place and the views were very beautiful. It's was very nice to see the difference between the Sicilian wine and the Etna's wine but also to mix it with a delicious food dégustation with a lot of variety! We would definitely recommend it to anyone, very great value for money!

The view was amazing and the food accompanying the wine tasting was really wonderful. They even catered for my husband who is a celiac. The service was excellent. The owner even comes out to welcome you. We drove ourselves up to the winery but many people had drivers too. We would go back again.

He is very kind and the he explained us very interesting things about the wines and the grapes which made the tasting much more intense. The food is awesome, but if you take the salami cheese plate, that’s almost enough for a dinner meal. Our belly’s almost exploded because we ordered other dishes in advance additionally. It was a nice experience and I can recommend the wine tasting at that winery.

5 Fulfilling!!! (Simona)Margherita welcomed and guided us through their vineyard, telling us the history of Etna wines and their vines between one tasting and another. We tasted their wines (5 different ones) on the outdoor patio, lulled by a pleasant breeze, looking at Etna and accompanied by excellent small bites of cheese. A decidedly engaging experience and great wines!
