Masseria Torricella is the ideal place for those who love the landscapes and food and wine traditions of Puglia.
In this incredible experience you will be guided on a tour of the Masseria's dairy and wheat fields.
At the end of the visit you will have the opportunity to participate in the Cooking Class of some of the excellences of the region: the preparation of mozzarella, starting from freshly milked milk, and the preparation of orecchiette and taralli, starting from the milling of the Masseria's wheat.
At the end of the activity you will be able to taste 3 excellent wines produced on the farm, accompanied by a buffet with freshly prepared mozzarella, cheeses and cold meats, vegetables in golden batter, fried panzerotti and, finally, Orecchiette alla Crudaiola (with fresh tomatoes, cacio cheese and rocket).

We had a wonderful afternoon at Masseria Torricella, Sonia looked after us very well. We enjoyed the vineyard tour very much, but the tasting and local delicacies were so good!! Amazing experience. Thank you so much

A wonderful tasting experience! We were able to meet one of the wine makers and tour the winery and taste wines out of the barrel. It was awesome to learn all about the process in Italy. After the winery tour we went to the beautiful tasting where we enjoyed more tastings with delicious local food pairings. We loved our visit and would highly recommend!

Come da titolo,esperienza davvero bellissima...tutti molto gentili,abbiamo avuto il piacere d essere seguite dal proprietario della Masseria,il signor GIUSEPPE,al quale facciamo i complimenti per l amore con il quale ci ha descritto tutto il lavoro che c è dietro ad ogni prodotto finito,vini,formaggi,olio e quant altro ci hanno fatto degustare,tutti davvero deliziosi

È stato un regalo per mio marito ma anche per me, perché abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza fantastica in un luogo bellissimo! I vini sono ottimi e Giuseppe, il titolare della struttura, è una persona disponibile e che ti spiega tutto nei minimi dettagli. Con lui abbiamo fatto il giro dei vigneti, della cantina e degustato direttamente dalle botti vini veramente buoni. Consiglio vivamente questa cantina e colgo l'occasione per fare i miei più sentiti complimenti. Grazie!

Esperienza consigliata per chi è interessato ad un contatto diretto con la terra e col produttore. Il titolare ci ha accompagnato in una interessante passeggiata tra le vigne, abbiamo degustato il primitivo direttamente dalle botti e dopo un tour per conoscere come lavorano tutto a Km0 coltivando frutta e verdure, allevando animali, siamo arrivati al pranzo con ben 8 calici diversi dei loro vini. Che uniti ai 3 assaggiati in cantina, fanno 11. Sicuramente una completa visione dell'azienda Torricella. Bravi!

Abbiamo visitato i vigneti accompagnati dal proprietario della tenuta, ci ha spiegato i metodi con cui curano le vigne e producono un vino completamente biologico, nell’assoluto rispetto del territorio e della natura, Abbiamo assaggiato dei vini spettacolari e assaggiato delle pietanze semplici ma ricche di sapore :) È stata un esperienza che consiglio soprattutto a chi, come me, si sta avvicinando alla conoscenza del vino Una masseria dove si respira e soprattutto si assapora la dedizione e la passione che dedicano i proprietari e lo staff della tenuta
