Let's get ready to learn some secrets of the Italian cooking class at Hotel San Giacomo, in the earth of Prosecco Hills, where we'll be able to learn how to prepare traditional dishes.
The experience will start with a classic appetizer, the Bruschetta, and then proceed to the realization of a first course to choose between Gnocchi and homemade Pasta. Finally, we'll discover the the secrets behind the preparation of one of the most popular desserts in the world, the Tiramisu.
The experience will end with a lunch based on the dishes we will have prepared together, accompanied by the tasting of wines specially matched to each dish.
Finally, we will be given a recipe book with all the traditional recipes of this incredible territory.
