The Etna Technical Wine Tasting and Vineyard Tour of Emilio Sciacca is an unmissable experience for those who want to learn more about the Etna DOC wines, produced on Europe's highest active volcano.

During the first part of the experience, a local wine expert will accompany you on a tour of the vineyard. Walking along the rows, on the slopes of Etna, you will be able to notice all the passion and care that the winery dedicates to careful and nature-friendly production, in a totally eco-sustainable and plastic-free system, marked by the canons of organic and traditional agriculture. In fact, the entire vineyard features a sapling cultivar, the emblem of Etna production and synonymous with quality, which you will be able to admire and touch.

Afterward, you will be taken inside the ancient Palmento where your experience will continue with a technical tasting of 3 Emilio Sciacca wines, Biancopiglio, Rossobrillo, and Neromagno, accompanied by bread, olive oil, and Etna olives.

Una esperienza imperdibile, un bellissimo giro tra i vigneti e la loro storia, un pranzo con prodotti siciliani ed ogni pietanza accompagnata dai magnifici vini di Emilio Sciacca, ogni vino ci è stato raccontato con grande professionalità,magnifica la cuoca oltre alla bontà della sua cucina ci ha donato tutta la sua gentilezza unica che ha fatto veramente piacere. Consiglio assolutamente di fare questa magnifica esperienza.
