Wine Tasting Experience at Tenute Fasoli

Tenute Fasoli is the result of a family tradition dating back to the 18th century, when the great-grandfather of Lorena, the current owner, moved from Mantua to the beautiful valley of Valpolicella to work as a sharecropper for landowners who cultivated vines. After a few years, the patriarch of the family decided to buy some land to cultivate vines and produce wine on his own.
The current owner started the winery, preserving the old values and traditions and proposing innovations that made the production perfectly in step with the times.
While preserving the old vineyard, with vines over 40 years old, the new buds present are now used, preserving the environment. With this intention, the winery is also converted to organic production.
The wine-tasting experience includes the tasting of 5 local wines, including a special "vino d'altura" produced on the slopes of Monte Baldo. The wines to be tasted will be paired with a platter of typical local products.
