5 What a wonderful wine-tasting experience (Fabrizio)Borgo di Cellamonte could be a very interesting place to visit and to know even without the "Cantine Infernot" - owed, directed and managed by the "Cinque Quinti Company", that offers emotioning & amusing experiences related to wines tasting, sniffing and feeling after the highest professional guideline of one of the owners. Very gentle and kind the explications we received, unforgettable the wines we tasted: Grignolino, Barbera d'Asti, etc.

2 Everything was wonderful, but the tasting needs improvement (Federica)The place is magnificent and the welcome truly kind. The tour of the Infernot was very interesting and well explained. Since it was hot, we had the tasting in the beautiful garden which has a splendid view. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed by the tasting: - A single explanation of all the wines is given at the beginning without even stating their names; I had to ask for them one by one while they were pouring to know which bottle we were tasting. - I had the feeling they didn't let us taste their best wines, and that's a shame. - The cold cuts and cheese board wasn't explained either; I don't know what cheeses and cured meats I ate, nor which glass it would have been better to pair with what. - To find my bearings, I asked for a brochure because there wasn't one at my table, but they didn't have any more available and a very kind guy got me one from the only empty table, but it was all stained with I don't know what. I made use of it anyway; having no other explanations about the products, at least it was useful to find my bearings. - For the first time in my life, I left a tasting without buying even a single bottle because if you don't explain your wine with soul, if you don't tell a story: either you put something amazing in the glass, or it's hard to make people fall in love with your product. Too bad, it was half a disappointment, but I find these are all points that with effort and willpower can be improved. And I hope so because the potential is enormous!

4 Authentic flavors of Monferrato (Davide)My wife and I purchased the tasting package with wines and a platter of typical products, along with a visit to the infernots. The winery is the youngest I have ever been to and aims to revive the generational business of the entrepreneurs' grandparents (5 brothers, to be exact). The wines in the tasting are very good and well-described and represent the typical flavor of the Monferrato hills. The platter is a bit light, but it pairs very well with the offered wines.

It was a fantastic day: in the morning we went to the SPA which is located in a truly well-organized rustic farmhouse, afterwards we had lunch at the agriturismo where we had 2 dishes each of our choice and a dessert included, here too everything was delicious

5 Afternoon experience in a beautiful location (Marika)We had made the reservation for 3 p.m. During the online booking, there was already some pressure, as you know from other platforms. Yet we were the only guests. The two of us got to enjoy the entire service - the introduction to the history of the house and winery, the tour of the cellar (Infernat), the wine tasting with beautifully arranged small bites in this wonderful ambiance. The likeable owner of the winery gave us enough time to enjoy. We also particularly appreciated that she spoke very easy-to-understand English.
