Today, I have expanded to 7 hectares, always staying true to my philosophy of "more work in the vineyard and less in the cellar." My goal is to create natural, authentic wines that reflect the vintage and the land, with minimal intervention. I farm organically, allowing the grapes to express their full potential without the use of selected yeasts, filtration, or clarification. Each bottle from Colle del Bricco tells the story of the Oltrepò Pavese, crafted with care and respect for nature.
