5 Excellent value for money! Brilliant activity to share with friends and family. Amazing Hosts! (Alfredo)What a lovely day we had making pasta with an amazing Italian chef. The excellent Nicolo hosted us for the day and translated everything. His knowledge of the wine making process, the olive harvest and the surrounding area was superb. We were even serenaded whilst we ate our pasta lunch by Alfredo who owns the farm. He’s a very musical man! We arrived at 10.30 and didn’t leave until nearly 4pm. They all seemed to thoroughly enjoy sharing their beautiful place with us. Worth every penny

5 Perfect pairing (giuseppe)The whole experience from the time you walk in and are greeted to the end of purchasing products was amazing. This was our first time ever doing a wine tasting anywhere. They explained everything; the process, the bottling and why it pairs with different foods. The fresh jams, meats and vegetables are sooo good. There was no pressure to purchase anything at the end. Very clean, comfortable and easy to get to. The whole family is amazing. To watch the locals come in one after another to get wine says a lot about the winery.

5 Lovely local vineyard (Mirko)Lovely local vineyard. Interesting tour with beautiful views at the top. The wine tasting was excellent with local meat and cheeses to accompany. It was my daughters’ first experience of a tour and tasting and they both said how much they enjoyed it and had learned something too.

5 Wonderful Harvest Experience at Casale Mattia (Casale)We had a group of 4 for the harvest experience and had a wonderful time. We started with some transportation issues from Rome but luckily for us the hosts went out of their way to ensure that we arrived in time before the harvest was finished for the day. After a short walk through the beautiful vineyard we were able to participate in the harvesting. We were then given a full tour of the production facility where everything was explained in detail. We got to watch the grapes being processed and sample the must which was tasty on it's own. Then we sat down for the wine tasting which included two wines ("Romos" DOC Roma Bianco and "rrampazzu" Shiraz IGT Rosso) with a nice spread to accompany it (bruschetta, meat, cheese, etc). Overall a great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy day trip from Rome.

5 Great people, nice wines (Giulia)The vineyard was in a beautiful location overlooking Rome. The people gave us a short tour of the grounds and production facilities then served us great wines paired with local cheeses and meats. Everyone was super nice and quick to answer our questions. An experience I would recommend to anyone.

5 A picture perfect experience (FLAVIA)While I was planning my trip to Italy, I knew I wanted to try out a wine tasting experience. I did a little research and came across azienda bio De Sanctis. Honestly I had no expectations. I wanted to do something fun with my boyfriend. This turned out to be the most beautiful, informative experience. Flavia greeted us and even though we were 20 mins late she was very accommodating. She walked us through the property, Her English is perfect. The tour took a good 35 mins. She was very thoral and answered all our questions. When the tour was over, she took us to a beautiful living space where we sampled the wines while pairing them with specific foods. It was an experience I will never forget and I'm sure will be hard to beat. Thank you

5 Worth while experience (MATTEO)I myself am not a wine drinker but went for my friend. The views, and the walking tour of the wine facility was amazing, very informative. Matteo was a superb host even as the had both English and Italian and had to say things twice. The wine tasting was soo good even though I don’t normally drink wine, it’s nothing like you buy at the super market. And the selection of nibbles for the wine was great too. We even bought a couple of bottles to have that night. For the cost it is a worth every penny!
