Perinet is a breathtaking estate vineyard situated in the renowned Priorat DOQ region, just a 90-minute drive from Barcelona. This estate stands out as a remarkable blend of tradition and innovation, developed with a vision to create not only a premium winery but also a top-tier tourist destination. Surrounded by the stunning landscapes of Priorat, Perinet is home to both local varietals such as Carignan and Grenache, as well as international French varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot. The estate’s technologically advanced terraces, completed in 2002, are a testament to the developers’ dedication to crafting a modern winery that honors the region’s rich viticultural heritage. Perinet’s boutique estate wines capture the essence of this unique terroir, where the past seamlessly meets the future.

Bell Cros is a young, dynamic project with deep roots, producing wines from DO Montsant. Founded in 2017 by Swedish couple Ann & Peter, the project started with a small piece of land and has since expanded to 25 hectares, with 17 hectares planted with 30- to 80-year-old Carinyena and Garnacha vines. Bell Cros produces approximately 50,000 bottles annually, aiming to spread happiness through its wines. Focused on the upper-quality segment, Bell Cros strives to become one of the top five wineries in DO Montsant. With this ambition in mind, the winery has enlisted Joan Asens, named Winemaker of the Year 2019 in Catalonia, one of Spain's top winemakers. The estate achieved EU organic and Vegan certification in 2023, reflecting a commitment to sustainable viticulture from the start. The Bell Cros project is about fun, enjoyment, and crafting exceptional wines. Visitors are invited to explore the estate and share their thoughts on the journey so far.

Located in the heart of Priorat, Vinícola del Priorat is the successor to the cooperatives established in the villages of Gratallops, El Lloar, La Vilella Alta, and La Vilella Baixa since 1917. The cooperative brings together 140 families who manage over 300 small plots across these villages. As the only cooperative in Priorat that oversees the entire production process—from vine cultivation to wine commercialization—Vinícola del Priorat is dedicated to producing complex, structured wines with great aging potential, reflecting the rich diversity of its vineyards.

Bodegas Capafons Ossó S.L. produces Finca wines in  D.O.; Finca Mas de Masos and Finca Masia Esplanes. Francesc Capafons and Montserrat Ossó, married in Falset, have owned vineyards and family land for five generations. The current generation is represented by his son Francesc Xavier Capafons Ossó, a viticulturist and oenologist who leads the technical management of the two wineries. The constant dedication of this winery to production and research has received significant recognition from specialized critics. Our goal is to produce wines with a great representation of the land and a strong personality, looking for freshness, complexity, and elegance.

Saó del Coster is a winery that works organically and in the spirit of the biodynamy philosophy in Priorat. We respect the cycles of nature and refusse to use herbicides and pesticides at all cost. We offer tasting tours in several languages. Since its inception, Saó del Coster has worked organically and traditionally: it respects the cycles of nature, carries out biodynamic treatments and the lunar calendar sets the guidelines for its agricultural and oenological work, ploughing with mules and prohibiting the use of motorized vehicles in the vineyards. It is a mystical challenge which seeks to recover a work method practically on the verge of extinction. From the recovery of abandoned old vines from with low production, together with the purchase of grapes from neighboring producers who share the same values, we produce some 20,000 bottles a year. Small quantities allow full control over the winemaking process. The strength of an exceptional terroir such as that of Priorat allow vines of the varieties, among others, Garnacha and Cariñena, to remain productive even century old.  Our winery is located in a 19th century old house in the middle of the village of Gratallops, where the resurection of Modern Priorat took place. For the visits, in English, French and German (in addition to Catalan and Spanish), booking in advance is recommended but you can take you chance and knock at our door. It include a guided visit of the winery and/or vineyards, as well as a tasting of our wines.  

The Celler Pasanau, located in La Morera de Montsant (Tarragona), was established in 1995. It is part of the A.O.C. (Denominació d’Origen Qualificada) Priorat, one of Spain’s top quality grape and winegrowing areas, which was first recognized as a D.O. (A.O.) in 1932, and was granted the D.O.Ca status in 2000.Our great-grandparents started working the vineyards many years ago. Generation after generation we continued to make our wine, until 1995 when Joan Pasanau and his three sons Joan, Albert and Ricard founded the current company under the name Celler Pasanau.

Mas Comtal is a family-run estate in the Penedès region, where 40 hectares of organic vines flourish at the foot of the Garraf mountains. Deeply rooted in a philosophy of sustainability, the winery practices agriculture that promotes biodiversity and respects the land’s cultural and historical heritage. With each vintage, Mas Comtal produces wines that reflect the unique qualities of the year’s harvest, embracing the adventure and magic of organic "author" winemaking. The estate's terroir is influenced by the Mediterranean climate, with protection from northern winds provided by the Montserrat hills. The soil, from the Quaternary period, is composed of sand, mud, and clay, making it limy and highly permeable—ideal for producing wines with character. Every decision made by the winemaker, from the timing of the harvest to the aging process, shapes the personal and distinctive qualities of each wine, ensuring no two wines are ever alike.

Ficaria Vins is a family-run winery founded in 2003 in La Figuera, nestled in the stunning Priorat region. With a strong commitment to minimal intervention, the winery focuses exclusively on crafting wines from its own vineyards. Biodynamic practices and handcrafted methods, such as no added yeasts, allow the winery to maintain harmony with nature. Known for working primarily with the red Garnacha variety, Ficaria Vins offers travelers an authentic glimpse into Mediterranean viticulture, where passion, land, and tradition merge to produce expressive and unique wines.

Mas Vicenç is the name of a traditional Catalan farmhouse that has housed five generations dedicated to agriculture, mainly the vineyard. In 2005, the eldest son of the fifth generation, Vicenç Ferré, with studies and experience as a winemaker in Priorat and Côte du Rhone in France, began to make the first Mas Vicenç wines from the best family vineyards. The family winery is located at the highest point of the DO Tarragona wine region and is currently represented by the four members of the family to produce and commercialize wines, olive oil, vinegar, and honey, as well as offering a wide range of wine tourism activities.

Nita Winery is deeply rooted in the rich soils of Priorat, where the essence of terroir is woven into every bottle. The winery operates on five estates, each featuring the region’s signature slate-based soil, known as licorella. This unique soil structure forces the roots to penetrate deep into the earth, resulting in small but highly expressive grape yields. Guided by sustainable practices, Nita Winery honors ancient traditions, following lunar cycles for everything from pruning to harvesting. La Conreria d’Escaladei was founded by a group of passionate individuals with deep historical ties to the Priorat region. The winery is dedicated to showcasing the rich heritage of this unique terroir, producing exceptional wines that reflect the rugged landscape and ancient winemaking traditions. Located near the iconic Escaladei Monastery, La Conreria blends tradition with innovation, offering visitors a chance to explore one of Spain’s most renowned wine regions.

Celler Menescal, located in Bot and owned by the Bosch-Llovet family, has a rich history dating back to the early 19th century. Built by an ancestor who was a veterinarian ("menescal" in old Catalan), the estate has been linked to winemaking since before 1860. A 1,600-liter barrel from that era, still preserved at the winery, testifies to this heritage. In the late 20th century, Celler Menescal began focusing on producing quality wines while maintaining traditional practices. Today, the winery prioritizes wine tourism, offering immersive experiences to connect visitors with its history and wines. The farm's transformation marks a shift toward modernity while staying true to its roots, using the same grapes and winemaking traditions passed down through generations.
