5 Brilliant experience! (Karen)This was the first ever champagne tasting which did not disappoint! The staff were really friendly and knowledgable and the owners were around to talk to, including the wine maker. This was a very intimate set up and the champagne was excellent!! I could not rate this enough! We didn’t order food but the owner brought nuts over to us. Lovely!

The Domaine is very nice and the people are super attentive. We got some wine tasting first, with some info and details on each wine we tried. Later we had a quick visit on the winery which was also super interesting. The wines themselves were very good, and the staff was actively asking our preferences and would give us some wine to taste depending on what we like the most (sweeter, drier, etc.). It really made the experience more special! I would definitely recommend the activity if you're in the area. 10/10 :)

Even though we booked and paid for a tasting for two through Winedering, the reservation had unfortunately not reached them and they had not received the payment. Despite this, they welcomed us warmly and generously went ahead with the visit as planned. The tasting itself was exceptional. They took the time to explain everything in detail, sharing their knowledge and passion for their wines in a very personal and engaging way. We were able to taste a wide variety of wines, far beyond what we expected, and every single one was fantastic. It’s rare to find such kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The only downside was that they currently don’t ship outside of France, so we couldn’t bring any bottles back home with us to Spain—but we truly wish we could have! We highly recommend visiting this winery if you have the chance. It was an unforgettable experience and a highlight of our trip.

4 Domaine Sylvie Fahrer (Dario)Sylvie Fahrer's winery is located in Saint-Hippolyte, a small town situated along the Alsace Wine Route. It is a family-run business both in terms of the winery's size and in terms of atmosphere and environment. As for production, it embodies the typical Alsatian winery based on native grape varieties. I tasted 5-6 types of wines and appreciated their quality, especially the Crémant and the Muscat. The staff who received us (I remember Margot's name) was absolutely kind and ready to respond to every input. Great visit and great tasting!

Located in a splendid area of Alsace, the winery immediately impresses with its sustainable and innovative approach. It is clear from the start that nature plays a fundamental role here: the winery is built with eco-friendly materials and managed according to strict principles of biodynamic agriculture. A detail that is reflected in the quality and authenticity of the wines. The tour began with a warm welcome from the staff, who immediately made us feel at home. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate, managing to clearly convey the winery's philosophy and the importance of respecting the environment. We visited the vineyards and discovered the natural winemaking techniques, which aim to preserve the integrity of the grapes and minimize human intervention.
