Our story begins in 1971, the year in which Genuino Del Duca, a former carabiniere from Abruzzo, moved to Tuscany and decided to retire from the army after twenty years to fulfill his dream: to create, together with his wife Ivana, a reality linked to good food and good wine, their two great passions. Thus they opened the restaurant "Il Vecchio Mulino" in Saline di Volterra and in 2001 a second restaurant in Palazzo Inghiarmi in the historical center of the city. The restaurant business increases the passion for food and wine and feeds the desire to buy a farm in the countryside of Volterra where it would be possible to produce wine, an excellent product of a land where the wine tradition dates back to the Etruscan era. The wish came true and in 2003, after selling the restaurant in Saline di Volterra, the Del Duca family bought Marcampo, an early eighteenth-century farmhouse abandoned around the 1950s. The restoration of the old ruin was completed in 2009 and Marcampo became a real jewel in the heart of the Natural Park of the Balze and the Calanchi. The warm welcome of the hosts, the love and care for every detail, make Marcampo a magical and welcoming place, a perfect escape from the heat and chaos of the city for families, couples and friends.

Azienda Agricola Toscani is an organic farm set amidst the scenic hills of Casale Marittimo, a charming village along Tuscany's coastline, just north of Bolgheri. This family-run estate produces high-quality wine and olive oil, while also raising Quarter Horses, Cinta Senese pigs, and homing pigeons. L’Azienda Pagani de Marchi has been producing high-quality wine since 2001 on a small estate named Casa Nocera, located between Bolgheri and Pisa, near the sea. The land holds deep Etruscan roots, revealed by the discovery of the Principi Guerrieri necropolis in the 1980s. The wines Casa Nocera, Casalvecchio, and Principe Guerriero are produced from vineyards planted on this historical land, and the symbol of a small duck on the labels pays homage to the estate’s ancient origins. The site, La Nocera, is closely tied to Etruscan culture, with tombs from the Orientalizing period (8th to 6th centuries BC) standing on a hill facing the sea. These tombs tell the story of the Principi Guerrieri, an ancient noble family who once lived nearby. Today, the estate’s vineyards reflect the legacy of this remarkable history through its distinguished wines.

La Regola is a family-owned winery nestled along the Tuscany Coast, in the scenic Cecina Valley near Riparbella. The winery boasts 20 hectares of vineyards spread across flatlands and hills, cultivating vines with a commitment to organic farming since 2015. With a deep respect for the land’s heritage, La Regola blends local varieties like Vermentino and Sangiovese with French varieties, including Cabernet Franc. The estate’s eco-friendly philosophy and beautiful setting offer a harmonious blend of nature, tradition, and modern winemaking.

Fattoria di Statiano is a boutique winery located in the geothermal region of Tuscany, specifically under the Montecastelli IGP designation, a young denomination born in 2006. Our family-run estate is dedicated to organic farming practices, cultivating 1 hectare of vineyards with 5,000 vines per hectare, primarily focused on Sangiovese, either in pure form or blended with 5% Canaiolo. Deeply rooted in tradition, we combine careful vineyard management with respect for the environment, including cover cropping and encouraging the growth of beneficial insects. Every step in our winemaking process reflects our commitment to creating wines that express the unique terroir of our region.
