4 Fabulous gourmet meal and wine tasting in a gorgeous setting. (Sharman)We loved our experience at Tiberi. We started off with a truffle hunt with their clever Lagotto dogs. A multi course gourmet meal and wine tasting followed. The owner and the chef guided our way through the wine offerings and courses. I highly recommend this adventure. Beware of shipping wine to Canada as duties will double the cost of your wine! Pack it in your suitcase as the wine is incredible

3 Small group winetasting (Elma)We liked the red and rosé wines. It was completely different from other winetastings. We sat in a small group, almost like a schoolclass, on wooden chairs at long tables. There was food on platters to pass around the table. Personally I like the ones better with your own table and food, but that is ofcourse personal preference. My boyfriend liked this more. I was disappointed that you weren't able to taste your favorite wine at the end one more time.

5 Outstanding! Far exceeded our expectations. So fun. (Pat)Top to bottom the best day of our Tuscan holiday. The truffle hunt with dogs Lola and Leah on the Tuscan hillside was an exhilarating if a bit of challenging walk back up the hill.; worth it to watch the the dogs happy in their successful endeavors to find truffles for us. Our guides were knowledgeable teaching us about the dog training process and the symbiotic relationship between the trees and the truffles. Our wine lunch was relaxed and delicious served by the 7th generation family members as they educated us on the wines as well as the dishes were enjoying - 4 courses! Seated in the yard we had view of not just the vineyard but the harvesting was in full swing. What a treat. We tasted the ripened grapes, watched tractor truckloads of grapes delivered to the equipment that separated the grapes from the stems. Amazing. Part of what made this experience great was the quality of the people hosting us. Lovely! Ordered lots of wine to be shipped home. Thank you.

5 Wine Tasting Beyond Expectations (Tom & Yvonne)Andrea is a wonderful host. He gave us a tour of his wine facility and talked about wine making of all the various type wines. That was followed by a wine tasting of truly the best wines in his gorgeous Tuscan home..The 5 wines tasted were each accompanied with a platter of foods prepared by his very friendly mother. All platters were delicious not to mention how wonderful the wines were. The best Nobiles we tasted in the entire region. The pours were large and it seemed our glasses were continually refilled. Andrea had great personal stories of wine making.. we are very much part of family now. I highly recommend Luteraia Cantina if you want a true Tuscan experience.

Her ability to explain the process of creating and making wine from harvesting the grapes through fermentation and then bottling was amazing. She was patient, answered every question and then provided detailed information on what foods went best with 5 different varieties of wine. Both the wine food were excellent and the vineyard was beautiful. An exceptional experience.

5 Charming experience! (Katie)We LOVED our time at Santa Giulia! We arrived and got a quick tour of the cellar. After, we sat inside and received a detailed explanation of each wine we tried. The food we were served was the best meal of our two week trip to Italy. Fresh salads, breads, meats & cheeses all prepared here. The pasta dish was comforting and so tasty. Everyone was kind and we met some other travelers at the next table who were so fun. We loved this experience and had much fun hanging out here for the day- beautiful winery!

The scenery and atmosphere alone make the visit worthwhile. The tasting was very well organized, relaxed and enjoyable, with no sense of being rushed or overly formal. The wines were very good, and we especially appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the local grape varieties, the winemaking process, and the character of the wines from this region. The staff were friendly, professional, and very welcoming. It is a perfect place for a break between Siena and San Gimignano, and a genuine little piece of Tuscany, exactly as you imagine it before coming here. We would gladly visit again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The wine tasting and lunch were excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious—especially the pasta, which was honestly the best pasta I had during my entire trip to Italy! 5 Outstanding (Edgar)The winery is located in a beautiful area and hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. Our tour guide, “Bene” (Benedetta) was excellent, answering questions and providing information about the history and traditions of the winery. She took us on a short walk to the family chapel where she gave us even more details about the founder’s history and about the different types of grapes grown in the area and the wines produced in San Giorgio a Lapi. The setting for the wine tasting and lunch is beautiful, under this giant mulberry tree that provides ample shade and lets the Tuscan breeze cool the whole place. Lunch was fabulous with strawberry gazpacho, pasta with cherry tomatoes (mind you, I’m not a pasta person) and pork so tender that you could almost cut it with a fork; this we enjoyed along with the wines produced at the winery, which were very very tasty. The whole experience was one the best ones we’ve had in this trip. Thanks to all the kitchen staff and in particular to Bene, our wonderful tour guide. Grazie e arrivederci !!!
