The guided tour of the production site was fascinating, offering great insight into the winemaking process and the winery’s rich tradition. The wine tasting was the perfect finale, with a selection of truly delicious wines that showcased the quality and character of the region. We obviously took a couple of bottles home. A highly recommended visit for anyone who appreciates great wine and authentic hospitality.

Era anche per me la prima volta in una cantina. Emanuele, è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ci ha accompagnati nella visita della vigna e della cantina, raccontandoci con passione la storia della sua azienda di famiglia e spiegandoci il lavoro che c’è dietro ogni bottiglia.Ci ha racontato quando, come e perché quest’azienda è stata creata. È stato molto bello scoprire una cantina in cui il sapere e la passione vengono tramandati di generazione in generazione. Si percepisce il rispetto per la tradizione, unito alla capacità di innovare e adattarsi ai tempi e alle nuove tecniche senza perdere la propria identità. La degustazione è stata eccellente: ogni vino era accompagnato da un delizioso tagliere di salumi e formaggi di ottima qualità. Emanuele ci ha anche spiegato come abbinare ogni vino ai diversi sapori, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più interessante e coinvolgente. Avevamo prenotato la visita in inglese, ma quando Emanuele ha sentito che tra di noi parlavamo francese, si è adattato senza problemi e ha fatto tutta la degustazione in francese. È stato un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo: ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio e l’esperienza è stata ancora più piacevole e personale. Ero con mio nipote di 10 anni e anche lui è stato coinvolto con una piccola attenzione dedicata a lui: mentre noi degustavamo i vini, gli è stato servito un succo di frutta ed un tagliere . Ne è stato felicissimo e questo ci ha fatto capire quanto ci tengano a far sentire ogni ospite, grande o piccolo, il benvenuto. 5 Incredible Tour and Tasting with Paola! (Anna)My partner and I came to visit Agricola Marrone in Feb and we were given a tour to start with Paola. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and we learned so much about the region. After the tour, we went upstairs to their beautiful restaurant and toured the rest of the facility. We were really impressed with the level of elegance, the knowledge, and generosity at Agricola Marrone. We wouldn't hesitate to come back!

2 Not our glass of wine (Andrea)The experience was very cold and matter of fact, little interaction from the host. It’s impossible to taste 7 red wines with breadsticks and a few hazel nuts, the wines got drier and drier as we went. Host was uninterested so we wouldn’t do this again.

5 Awesome Experience (Ole)A family of 3 did a wine tour to Azienda Agricola Marrone with lunch and a tasting of 4 top Barolo wines. The wine tour in the cellar was brief and to the point with a little about the wine production proces and the present family running the business. There was time for questions. The lunch and wine tasting was indeed at a very high level. Well prepared dishes, great wines and a brief introduction to every part of the experience. The restaurant is located with the best view to the vineyards. We should point out that our hostess Maria was the best you could ever wish for. Shenreally contributed to the experience. Only drawback was that there were too little wine in the glasses

5 In one word: FANTASTIC (Kees)We had booked a tasting for four people for an afternoon at 4:00 PM. It was supposed to last 1.5 hours. The price was €35.00 per person, not cheap, but reasonable. We received an enthusiastic welcome. The hostess took us into the vineyard. She told us all about the vines, the grapes, their successes, but also the disappointments that can come with drought, frost, or too much rain. You could ask her anything; she took her time with her guests. The tasting consisted of five or six wines; we ultimately tried seven or eight. The accompanying snacks were delicious. We finally left after two hours and fifteen minutes.

5 Great Local Place (Jake)Went here on our honeymoon with my wife. It’s a small family winery with lots of character. We did the picnic option, the owner showed us around, then led us up by car to the top of the hills to show us the picnic spot. He provided us with a bag of local foods, and a bottle of their wine, all of which was incredible. He left us to enjoy the picnic and wander the vineyards. Perfect experience if you’re looking for a quiet experience and experience the local culture.

They even drove me a place where i could charge our electrive car, and while waiting for the charging, they took me back to the winery, so i was able to join our group. I can easily recommend the tour and the winery!

Our party was anxious to learn about the nebiolo grape in its various forms and we were very pleased with the information he provided. 5 A nice detailed tour with tasting of all the wines (Hido)We had a very good experience. The tour was private with a lot of attention en information about the methods and work in de vinyards. We visited the new winery and had a tasting of the wines in the center of the village on the terrace. Because of thunder we ended up inside the cafe wich has also a good ambiance. Very tasting wines.

5 Quite and mindfulness (Salvador)We had lunch in front of a wonderful view of viniards comfortably seated drinking a great wine and eating some typical piemontese appetisers . Our host showed us the caves with some giant containers full of wine while explaining the ageing procedure of the different types of wine. We had a very nice time !!!

5 A Great Time in a Wonderful Place (Pietro Edoardo)We went to Agricola Marrone as a gift for my graduation with my girlfriend. We had a wonderful time in the Cantina. The place was great and the food succulent! The view was also great, considering that it wasn't the best day to go to Langhe due to clouds and cold temperatures. This being said, it's something I would certainly do again and would highly recommend!
