It was a Very informative Tour and Vatting explanation, We then All started to Taste each of the Wines, I'm not a Wine drinker but really enjoyed attempting them (I usually drink Dark Ales that I Brew myself), Our host was knowledgeable & We enjoyed the Time, We shared Fun and Laughter with Fantastic Company from the USA x We nearly All bought a few bottles of Our chosen Wines

5 Passionate about heritage (Philip)A small family owned and managed winery passionate about maintaining their heritage whilst producing appealing wines for future generations. The small intimate nature of the tour was perfect for conveying the knowledge and expertise that has been passed down through generations as well as understanding the vision for the longevity of the vineyard through the next generation. The hospitality and wines were exceptional. It felt like the visit had been tailor made.

5 Lovely visit @Medolago Albani (Elina)We really enjoyed our 1.5hrs tour to see the villa & wine cellars & wine-tasting Signor Medolago Albani was a good guide explaining everything in detail with a pinch of humour.. We would recommend the tour, easy access from Bergamo by bus.

5 Wonderful afternoon (Paddy)Our afternoon at Medolago Albani was brilliant. The initial tour of the chapel and the cellar was very informative, the tastings were fantastic. We had 4 wines paired with local salami and snacks, we loved all of them. We were also given an extra glass each of the white as the bottle was most of the way through, a very nice touch. 5 Super time (Benjamin)We arrived a little early and were greeted by our host, who seated us comfortably at our table and supplied us with bottles of water while we rested. The wine tasting started promptly. The host was lovely, welcoming, engaging, spoke beautiful English, and encouraged us to ask any questions. She guided us through the history of the family, the wine making process, showed us vineyard, wine cellar, and the wine processing area, before the tasting itself. We tasted a number of delicious wines, paired with bread, olive oil, meat, cheese and honey. Our host described how best to extract different flavours from the wines. We were invited to choose our final glass from their whole range of wines, and we finished off with a shot of grappa. Our host kindly ordered a taxi for us back to Sirmione - 20 Euros. The only negative in the experience is that it’s a long walk to get to the vineyard. I would advise the shuttle bus from Sirmione port to the town Centre. It’s still a bit of a walk from there. We walked the whole way- 3 miles in the heat of the day! Other than that, the experience was a real highlight of our holiday, and we’re hoping to purchase some Sgreva wine when we get back to the UK.

It was in a very homely setting and wholesome We tasted 6 wines and they were all good and I particularly loved the sparking whites they have Will definitely go there again if we ever plan a trip again to that part of Italy

Spoke great English and great detail about the history, process and special features of the region. Very passionate about the area, all the wines tasted were fantastic and now pushy sells as the wine sold it self. Highly recommend and some fantastic views around the vineyard.

5 An Unforgettable Visit to Villa Redona (Leigh)We had a wonderful time on the vineyard tour at Villa Redona. We visited as a group of three and thoroughly enjoyed the experience from start to finish. The tour was informative and gave us a real insight into the vineyard and the wines they produce. What made it especially memorable was the opportunity to explore the beautiful villa, which made it feel very different from any other vineyard tour we've been on. The wine tasting at the end featured wines produced exclusively by the vineyard, paired with a delicious selection of cheeses. It was the perfect way to round off the visit and gave us the chance to really appreciate the vineyard's own wines. A special mention goes to the guide who led the entire experience, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel very welcome throughout. We'd highly recommend Villa Redona to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable vineyard experience.

5 A special and beautiful experience (Chelsea)What a special winery and joyful experience offered by Mattia and his family! Do yourself a favor and book a winery tour and tasting with Indovino - you will not regret it. My mom and I, visiting from the US, found ourselves with some extra time before we planned to drive from Maggiana to Tirano, and we discovered Indovino by serendipity while browsing Google maps for wine tasting locations on our route. I made a booking request for a Sunday afternoon wine tasting and lunch on a Saturday evening through the Winedering website. Despite the last minute request, Mattia was very prompt to approve the booking. When we arrived on Sunday, while the small parking area was full, we were able to find another spot just up the road. The town is very small and lightly traveled, requiring about a 30-40 minute drive through twisty mountain roads. The cute signs and wine bottles helped us find the way to the vineyard with stunning views overlooking the valley. We were greeted promptly by Mattia, who showed us nothing but kindness, generosity, and professionalism during our vineyard tour and lunch/wine tasting. His passion and love for his family's winery really comes through in how he talks about their land and its rich history, and in how thoughtfully the 3-course lunch meal was curated. Every element was fresh and local. We had some of the most delicious, homebaked bread of our 2-week trip through France and Italy right here at Indovino. The wine was wonderful as well, our only regret is that bottles were in short supply, or we would have gladly purchased some to take home with us! We'll have to come back, I guess :) I wish every sucess to Mattia and his family. Thank you for sharing your passion and joy with us. You gave us such wonderful memories to take with us! We hope to visit again. p.s. I forgot to mention the incredible value of dining and tasting here - we had one of the best meals of our entire trip and 2 glasses of wine for only 65 euro each. In the US, such a quality experience would easily cost more than double.

5 Excellent and friendly reception (Simon)Easy access by both car and bus from Bergamo. As we were only 2 couples everything felt very personal. Exceeded the allocated time by at least 30 mins. Brief but sufficient viewing of the cellars before we were served a small platter of cheese, salami and bread together with 4 wine samplings, narrated by the co-owner of the winery.
