Picnic basket with wine & lunch experience at Tenuta Carretta

Here is what you will live

Since spring, the range of wine and food services at the winery has extended. Now you can enjoy a day of vine trekking: walking among the vineyards, with a picnic hamper containing luxury filled rolls prepared by our chef Flavio Costa. Different types are available every day from Thursday to Monday.

Cayega filled roll
Marinated salmon, Seirasscheese, sweet pickled onions, wild herbs, olive oil with aromatic herbs; Bread made by us with wheat flour, cereals, yeast, water and salt

Podio filled roll
Cured ham fromCuneo, toma piemontesecheese, frisée, tomato seeds, extra virgin olive oil: Bread made by us with wheat flour, cereals, yeast, water and salt

Cannubi filled roll
Slow-cooked pork belly, yogurt sauce, enchilada (spicy), wild baby leaves and red onion; Bread made by us with wheat flour, cereals, yeast, water and salt

Cereja filled roll
Grilled and marinated courgettes, sun-dried tomatoes, pesto, fresh tomino cheese and thyme; Bread made by us with wheat flour, cereals, yeast, water and salt

Included with every hamper: personalised picnic rug, 2 wine glasses, 1 corkscrew, napkins, Tenuta Carretta leaflet, vine trekking map. Last but not least, a 10% discount voucher for our wine shop!
