5 I love Chianti (Lorenzo)I went in expecting to drink some good wine while learning of what makes it what is is, and that is exactly what I received. The experience was very personal, as the group for the visit consisted only of my boyfriend and I. This is also a small winery (15000 bottles a year) which makes the experience feel even more unique.

5 What a wonderful visit (Don’t have lunch beforehand!) (DOMENICO)What a great afternoon! We were looked after very well by Eugene with a clear/knowledgeable tour and then an excellent tasting. This included four wines and one grappa, with each served with appropriate food to bring out their character, and in a relaxed and unrushed style. Afterwards we also were directed to the shop to taste their olive oils and their extensive range of honey — also very good. Everyone seemed very enthusiastic and knowledgable and there was no pressure to purchase.

5 Excellent Afternoon (Valentina)Myself and my five friends all had a fantastic afternoon with the wonderful Augusto. Following our tour of the grounds, we enjoyed an incredible 5 course meal, with Augusto walking us through in detail the accompanying wine with the food. I was initially hesitant at first of this tour as hadn’t had the best experience with Organic Wines, however Cantina Zuffa has proved me entirely wrong and I wouldn’t hesitate to visit Augusto and the vineyard again.

3 We expected a bit more (Anita )Thanks to Anita's very comprehensive and informative descriptions and explanations, we were able to gain a lot of insights into the production of biological wines, as well as the history of the cantina. However, we were a little disappointed that the walk through the vineyards wasn't more than taking a few steps away from the cantina. In addition, the brunch didn't really include very typical Sicilian dishes and the pasta course wasn't inspiring either. The cantina itself and the vineyards are very beautiful. On the whole, a very enjoyable experience

5 A perfect experience (Greta)I booked the beautiful picnic at Olianas, and it was a wonderful moment. The food was local and delicious, with very good product directly from their fields. Of course, we tasted the wine, wich was delicious. The way we are free to walk in a so calm and peaceful place, alone, made this moment magical. The view and the landscapes were absolutly beautiful. To finish, I really want to thanks the employees of Olianas for their welcome and kindness. Meet them and talk to them was a part of the experience and they made it even better.

5 Great experience (Patrizia)We booked the “Picnic in the Vineyards” package, and it was a fantastic experience. We started with a tour through the vineyards and cellars, followed by a wine tasting. The picnic itself was incredible—set in a peaceful, quiet spot in the middle of the hills. The picnic basket was generously filled with a variety of delicious food, and we were also given a bottle of red wine. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone and would definitely come again. Thank you!

5 Simply Amazing (Andrea)From booking to finish our experience was amazing! The drive there is beautiful and easy. A small vineyard and winery with a wonderful story. Our hostess had a lot of great information for us, not only about the wine and winery but other amazing towns and experiences throughout Italy. The food was delicious, from the first to last course! The cook even did a special pasta dish for our daughter. Their wine is one of our favorites now and we can't wait to share with friends and family.

5 An authentic indulgence in Tuscany (Alice)We visited Savignola Paolina during spring. The place has a breathtaking view. We were hosted by the wine maker who took the time to tell us about the history of the place and how the tradition of wine making developed in the region and specifically the wine production of the estate. The wine tasting was well-combined with the typical local foos which was of enough quantity to enjoy both the food and the wine. The risotto and the dessert were phenomenal. It was a trully indulging experience of Tuscany with all the senses.
